Riffraff Diesel Billet Compressor Wheel 94-03

We are now offering our 2nd Generation performance billet compressor wheels for the 94-03 7.3L Powerstrokes. This wheel provides more than just anti-surge like the standard Borg Warner aka Whistlin' Wheel, Anti-Surge Wheel, Banks Wheel and other 5/5 blade compressor wheels. Because of its lighter mass it spools faster, while providing more CFM flow and boost pressure. We usually see a 5-7 PSI gain in boost, as well as less smoke, better drivability and quicker response. By incorporating new leading edge technology, metallurgy, and the new 4/4 blade design we are seeing an average of 17.4 hp and 38.7tq gain on stock injectors with just a swap of the wheel. We recommend balancing the rotating assembly if available, though the wheel is already dual plane balanced.

Fitment: 1994-2003 stock TP38/GTP38 including van turbo

    Threw this wheel in when I rebuilt my turbo, did the EBPV delete and international uppipes. Truck couldn't make 20 psi on the hottest tune I threw at it before. First test drive she was climbing hard past 25psi on a 100hp tune when it blew a factory inter cooler boot. Can't wait to try it out some more. Truck runs much better, 150 degrees lower EGTs. Sounds cool too

    Very light, nicely crafted, noticed an improvement on overall engine performance. Very impressed with RiffRaff, I bought a lot of parts from Clay this last month and have no complaints, fast shipping and quality parts, great support!

    Easy install. Lighter then the wicked wheel 1 I had in my truck already. Spools great. Sounds good

    No more surge!

    I purchased this wheel to hopefully cure a compressor surge problem but I got way more than that! I've put about 3000 miles on the truck with this installed and it's hard to believe the difference the billet wheel makes in overall drivability of the truck. Throttle is more responsive, spools up way faster, absolutely no more surge, I'm a happy customer and would recommend this to anybody with a 7.3!

    Swapped out my gtp38r with riffraff billet wheel cause I am selling truck to get a bigger f350. Put stock turbo back on with billet wheel works great

    I can't decide on which gauges yet so I wasn't able to actually verify results. Seems to pull a little harder in mid range and up top. The whistle might be a little louder than stock and gets people looking when ya go to pass em. I was able to do it with the turbo in the truck so I didn't have to take it all apart and replace o rings but it wasn't very fun.
