Before Sending Anything Back — Follow These 3 Steps
Returns sent without approval or without the required paperwork may be delayed, refused, or subject to additional fees.
Step 1 — Request Return Approval

Once reviewed, our team will provide return approval and instructions.

Step 2 — Include Your RMA Form
Every approved return MUST include:
✅ A completed RMA form inside the package
✅ Your order number written on the outside of the box
✅ Original packaging when applicable
RETURNS RECEIVED WITHOUT AN RMA FORM INSIDE THE BOX MAY EXPERIENCE SIGNIFICANT PROCESSING DELAYS.
Please print and complete the RMA form after approval.
Step 3 — Package Your Return Properly
To help ensure fast processing and avoid additional fees:
Accepted Returns Must Be:
✅ New and unused
✅ Uninstalled
✅ In original SEALED packaging
✅ Properly packaged and over-boxed to prevent shipping damage
Returns That May Be Refused:
❌ Opened, installed or used parts
❌ Damaged or incomplete items
❌ Returns contaminated with fluids, fuel, oil, or grease
❌ Missing packaging or documentation
❌ Unauthorized returns
Important Return Policies
Restocking Fees
Returns are subject to up to a 20% restocking fee.
Shipping Charges
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise specified.
Return Condition
Items must arrive in new, unopened, resellable condition. Additional fees may apply for damaged packaging or incomplete returns.
Refund Processing
Refunds are typically processed within 5–7 business days after the return has been received and inspected.
