Return Info

We want to make returns as straightforward as possible. Please review the return requirements below before submitting a request.

Return Eligibility

Items may be returned within 30 days of the original purchase date if they are:

    • New, unused, and uninstalled
    • In original sealed packaging
    • Complete with all included parts, hardware, paperwork, and accessories

Shipping charges are not refundable on returns.

Electronic items, special-order items, non-stocking items, and opened sealed products may be non-returnable or may require written approval before return.

Returns requested after 30 days may be approved on a case-by-case basis and, if approved, are eligible for store credit only. Returns recieved after 60 days will be refunded to store credit.

RMA Form and order number on the outside of the outer return box is required. Shipments returned with no paperwork will be held for 14 days before being disposed of.

Returns received without the approved RMA information may be delayed or may not be processed.
Please allow 5–7 business days after we receive your return for inspection and processing.

Restocking Fees

Approved returns are generally subject to a restocking fee. Most returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee.

Returns requiring additional inspection, repackaging, cleaning, or handling may be subject to a higher restocking fee, up to 20%.

Refused shipments or unauthorized returns may also be subject to a restocking fee up to 20%.

Unauthorized Returns

Please do not send items back without an approved return request.

Unauthorized returns, refused shipments, or packages received without enough identifying information may be delayed, refused, or returned at the customer’s expense.

Core Returns

Core return instructions are listed on the product page for the item purchased. Please refer to the core return form or instructions in the product description.

Core return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless otherwise stated on the product page or unless a return label is provided.

Core returns received after the stated return period may be approved on a case-by-case basis and, if approved, are eligible for store credit only.

Store Credit

Store credit is valid for 6 months from the date it is issued.

Refunds

Refunds are issued after the returned item has been received, inspected, and approved. Refunds are processed back to the original payment method when available, or as store credit when applicable under our policy.
