Merchandise Return Policy
To ensure your satisfaction, we permit our customers to return items purchased from Riffraff Diesel Performance®, subject to the limitations and procedures set forth below. Order payment processing is completed upon checkout and funds are captured from the customer provided means. If an order is cancelled or returned a refund of payment is acceptable up to, but not including, payment processing/gateway fees that are calculated at 2.97% of total transaction. Card processing/gateway fees are non-refundable and are accessed from a 3rd party for the privilege of facilitating secure web-based/phone payment.
30 Day Return Period
You may return an item purchased from Riffraff Diesel Performance® for any reason up to 30 days from the original Invoice date, provided that the item has not been installed and is in “brand-new” condition. This does not apply to electronic products or special order/none stocking items as they will be allowed return on a case by case approval. Shipping charges are not refundable on returns for any reason.
Return Merchandise Authorization & Form
To return an item, you must first call (541) 879-1052, to speak with one of our Customer Service Representatives and provide them with the following information: original invoice number; part number; quantity; and reason for the return with as much detail as possible. Click Here to access the RMA Form that is needed for any return, and include a copy in the box on return. Once received please allow 5-7 days for processing and credits to be complete.
Items returned to Riffraff Diesel Performance without a valid RMA sheet included it will not be processed. Riffraff Diesel Performance® will not be responsible for unauthorized returns. If an order is refused and shipped back without authorization there will be automatic restocking fee up to 20%.
