The industry has been forced to make due with the updated "Grey CPS" and sacrifice those original attributes until now...
We have developed a brand new CPS that has all the original qualities, with the addition of 20 year newer chip and sensor technology! With this new technology and manufacturing knowledge we have been able to accurately increase the signal strength and clarity at more than double the air gap and rpm the original "Black CPS" was able to sense with no degradation of signal. This allows for more realized benefits and reliability than even the original "Black CPS was able to provide.

CPS
Absolute night and day difference. The second I started the truck it idled so much better than it did before. The truck would stutter above 2k rpms and now it hasn't happened again

RiffRaff Diesel upgraded 7.3 Powerstroke CPS
Well once again RiffRaff Diesel does not disappoint!!! Around 5 months ago I replaced my generic CPS with a Motorcraft brand cps and while everything smoothed out my idle just still seemed a little off and I figured I'd get a little better fuel mileage than iv been getting, so I came back to RiffRaff like always to buy their upgraded CPS and immediately after installing and starting up my truck I could tell immediate difference in the smoother idle and all around driving as well. To early to tell if I got any kind of fuel mileage gains but so far RiffRaff Diesel hit a homerun with their upgraded CPS!!! Thanks again RiffRaff Diesel yall always come through with great products great prices and faster processing and shipping times than any other Diesel performance company iv ever used! And no this isn't a paid review either just a guy that appreciates when a company does as they say and stands behind their products!

Truck runs great with new CPS
Truck idles smoother and quieter with the new CPS and it is slightly more responsive on the road. The only thing keeping this from a 5 star review is the o-ring on the new CPS was too tight of a fit. I could not get it to go in properly I ended up having to use the o- ring off another after market CPS I had bought before I found this upgraded one then it slid right in.

Same results as shown below in the graph, and as many have experienced in the other reviews. Going to get a couple more just in case something happens and they aren't available any more. Good work Riffraff.

Game Changing
Installed and running this upgraded CPS for about 6 months now. It has made a great difference on how my old 2001 7.3 runs and starts. Smoother idle, faster starts, and all of my cylinder contribution numbers are less than half it was with the old sensor, and most are less than .2. I have always trusted Riffraff for great products, and this is just one more to their large list.

Cps
Had black cps in 01 7.3 f350 tried the upgraded one and cranks much longer now and idle is bouncy. Put one in my 02 excursion too and it worked great much smoother than oem original so mixed results I guess.

Upgrade CPS
Night and day difference between this new CPS from Riffraff and my gray oem sensor. Starts and idles better, well worth the money.
