*Note: Factory 1994 - Early 1999 have 2" plenums, and Late 1999-2003 have 3" Plenums
*Note: Anodized Color on Aluminum can be discolored / damaged by chemical engine cleaners. Use only soap and water to clean.
*Fitment Note: The hardware included with the plenums is intended to secure the plenums and GPR/AIH bracket only; if the fuel line clamp and AIH ground wire will be re-used, customer will need to make provision for the reinstallation of those items. Due to variations in fuel systems, aftermarket HPOP, and turbos we can not guarantee fit with all options on the market. Some early OBS trucks stock fuel line adapters can interfere with the plenums. We suggest the RDP-FFL line kit in place of the stock fuel lines for the 1999-2003 models.

Couldn't see how to make them better
Way more rigid than stock. A small hose barb is designed in which seems way better than the smooth stock design.

Absolute Quality
The manufacturing of these plenums is flawless. Top shelf products that look fantastic and have impecable structural integrity. Come complete with sealing o rings and intallation hardware. You certainly do get what you pay for.

Intake Plenums
These things look amazing and are very well built. I decided to get these since I was doing the top end of the engine. They install pretty easy if you already have everything off but removing the old silicon is a huge PAIN.
Also, the torque is in inch pounds not foot pounds. Everything I touched was foot pounds and I justified the rating by telling myself it’s billet and can probably take it and completely missed the inch rating until I stripped a few bolts. -
Billet Intake Manifold Plenums 94-03
I had a noise between 6# & 9# boost that I couldn't locate for the world of my mechanical inclinations. I replaced the up pipes with the RR SS units, no that didn't help, Found a couple of exhaust manifold...#8 & #4, no that didn't cure the phsss sound. Finally I ordered the billet plenums and THAT was my problem! No more phsss noise. Along with everything else I have done with RR parts, I am thrilled at how my Y2K 7.3 runs at 300K miles.

Very well made product. I would have like to of known thy come in different colors. Other then that it is a well made product.
