Riffraff Diesel Billet Compressor Wheel 94-03

We are now offering our 2nd Generation performance billet compressor wheels for the 94-03 7.3L Powerstrokes. This wheel provides more than just anti-surge like the standard Borg Warner aka Whistlin' Wheel, Anti-Surge Wheel, Banks Wheel and other 5/5 blade compressor wheels. Because of its lighter mass it spools faster, while providing more CFM flow and boost pressure. We usually see a 5-7 PSI gain in boost, as well as less smoke, better drivability and quicker response. By incorporating new leading edge technology, metallurgy, and the new 4/4 blade design we are seeing an average of 17.4 hp and 38.7tq gain on stock injectors with just a swap of the wheel. We recommend balancing the rotating assembly if available, though the wheel is already dual plane balanced.

Fitment: 1994-2003 stock TP38/GTP38 including van turbo

    First let me say i wasn't sure if it would work. I had horrible turbo surge. Its now completely different truck. Not hard to install. Sounds unbelievably amesome. Like a jet. Makes instant boost and no surge at all. Real quality piece, as usual from riffraff. If your on the fence get it!!

    Love this little wheel, more power, faster spool and great price. You can always count on Riffraff to sell the best parts. Received my order in two days, easy install, just spin off the original and put this one on. Boom, happy turbo and nothing but a smile.

    Installed this compressor wheel in January 2019 with a deleted pedestal and thrust bearing kit. Super happy with the wheel. Got rid of turbo surge, smooth spool up and sounds great.

    Fit and functions just fine. Not as noisy as I expected and truck throttle response is noticeably better.

    I added this wheel when doing a new turbo to steer clear of turbo surge with the hydra chip seems to do the job well with 65 and 80hp tunes. Also can’t beat riff raffs shipping!

    I put this wheel on while I was rebuilding my turbo. It does exactly what it says it does. No more surge, a little more boost and sounds great. My truck runs a lot better after the rebuild and this new wheel.

    We installed this in a truck with Stage 1.5 (160/30) injectors and it works awesome. It shipped fast and customer service from RDP is always top notch. Highly recommend this company and this product!!

    I bought this and quickly installed it in my 2000 7.3. The main reason I bought it was to eliminate turbo surge. I will say that in the end, I'm getting more boost faster, but I'm still experiencing a little surge, though it's much, much better than it was. This isn't the first product purchased from RiffRaff, and it won't be my last. Good product overall, just wish the surge would've disappeared altogether.

    I’m a machinist. This is a quality product that I couldn’t make for that price.

    Boost is up about 2psi without towing. A little more whistle at higher boost numbers, but not annoying (I do have the AIS though). I like it!
