RDP Plenum Reinforcing Inserts™ - Ford 7.3L 99.5-03

These billet 7075 Aluminum plenum inserts are a Riffraff Diesel original design and are patent pending. They are made to allow you to clamp down as hard as needed with T-bolt clamps so that you don't have any boost leaks. Fix your bent and crushed stock plenums with our Inserts as well. This is a budget friendly option to buying full billet plenums. Easy install, no special tools needed.

These were designed so as to add the least restriction possible while providing more than adequate structure for clamping. The Plenum Inserts have been machined to within .164" of the OEM diameter so there will not be any measurable affect on EGT's or cfm flow.

These are sold in a pair.

    solid quality! They are a snug fit so you have to tap them into place, but they provide a sturdy clamping surface.

    Awesome quality. First time doing boots because of a massive air leak likely because the clamp wasn’t cranked down enough. These installed quickly and easily with a piece of flat wood and gentle taps from a hammer. Gave me confidence to crank down the new boots and solve the problem. Super fast delivery as always from the Riffraff gang!

    This was a great idea, and they are very well made. The Ford ones that are made from thin sheet metal are not strong enough. These fix that issue at a great price.

    These went in with no issue. I used a piece a 2x4 cut to go across the insert and evenly go in. Strong, sturdy material. Always the best quality from RiffRaff

    These aluminum inserts are very well designed and are a precise fit. I used a piece of wood and tapped them into place. Left me with ability to tighten away on the riff raff hoses:)

    I discovered an intake boot that had popped off 3 days before I was to head out on a road trip. While reinstalling the boot I put one too many ugga-duggas on the clamp and damaged the plenum. I overnighted these inserts from Riffraff and got them installed without having to delay our plans. Excellent product delivered on time during the Christmas rush. Thanks guys!

    These are very nice parts to use in your stock intake plenums so you can upgrade your boot clamps. I hope to never have to worry about loose boots again.
    They fit perfect too!
