RDP Plenum Reinforcing Inserts™ - Ford 7.3L 99.5-03

These billet 7075 Aluminum plenum inserts are a Riffraff Diesel original design and are patent pending. They are made to allow you to clamp down as hard as needed with T-bolt clamps so that you don't have any boost leaks. Fix your bent and crushed stock plenums with our Inserts as well. This is a budget friendly option to buying full billet plenums. Easy install, no special tools needed.

These were designed so as to add the least restriction possible while providing more than adequate structure for clamping. The Plenum Inserts have been machined to within .164" of the OEM diameter so there will not be any measurable affect on EGT's or cfm flow.

These are sold in a pair.

    Inserts fit nice and snug into the plenum. Worked exactly as described and aloud me to tighter then boots down a little more

    great fit.. One of the plenum was crushed so it was a little tight to get started.

    I carefully tapped mine in with a short 2x4 until they stopped. The plenum is nice and rigid now and I have no fear of my clamps crushing them. Great product.

    Tapped into intake sheetmetal openings pretty easily as tap[er helped get started. Was able to tighten clamps on boots without worry of crushing intake out of shape.

    I always passed over these when shopping RiffRaff online. I recently upgraded my turbo and decided to give them a try since they were on sale. If you have stock plenums you need these, I had no idea how bad mine were crushed. The before and after pictures show it best. Great quality product, installation was a breeze, ran the t bolt clamps down with an impact

    Quality product, fit like a glove. These are a must for the price, changing clamps from stock to the new T-bolt is the best way to damage your Intake plenums & get a leak. These Plenum inserts will ease your mind. Put um in, tighten your clamps & forget about leaks. Period.
