RDP Plenum Reinforcing Inserts™ - Ford 7.3L 99.5-03

These billet 7075 Aluminum plenum inserts are a Riffraff Diesel original design and are patent pending. They are made to allow you to clamp down as hard as needed with T-bolt clamps so that you don't have any boost leaks. Fix your bent and crushed stock plenums with our Inserts as well. This is a budget friendly option to buying full billet plenums. Easy install, no special tools needed.

These were designed so as to add the least restriction possible while providing more than adequate structure for clamping. The Plenum Inserts have been machined to within .164" of the OEM diameter so there will not be any measurable affect on EGT's or cfm flow.

These are sold in a pair.

    Worked as advertised. Easy install with 2x4. Good fitment. My boost lbs went down just slightly but I'm not sure why. Did a couple other upgrades at the same time. Might have a slight leak in garage line.

    Well worth the money easy to install Manufactured very nicely would suggest to anybody who plenums are diss formed or using as preventative maintenance

    Great product. Yes, they are a tight fit that require some light encouragement to go in all the way, thanks for pointing that out Clay. Wouldn’t use stock plenums without these. Thanks again Clay for another great product and all the help!

    A little tight getting in just need taped in with rubber mallet.. better clamping force for boots

    Great product, easy to install and I couldn't believe how weak the stock plenums are. Mine were all bent out of round and I am sure leaking boost. These inserts saved the day. Highly recommended for everything 7.3L.

    Just a few taps with a wood block seats them in the existing 7.3 plenums. I put them in my 2001 F350, along with better clamps, due to a turbo upgrade. They have a nice taper to help you start them, and they fit snug - they are not going anywhere!

    I was hesitant about these until I installed them. My intake plenums were Not-Round!! These will keep your intake plenums from being crushed. I see why Riff Raff sells them!! No regrets!! I would buy again!!
