RDP Plenum Reinforcing Inserts™ - Ford 7.3L 99.5-03

These billet 7075 Aluminum plenum inserts are a Riffraff Diesel original design and are patent pending. They are made to allow you to clamp down as hard as needed with T-bolt clamps so that you don't have any boost leaks. Fix your bent and crushed stock plenums with our Inserts as well. This is a budget friendly option to buying full billet plenums. Easy install, no special tools needed.

These were designed so as to add the least restriction possible while providing more than adequate structure for clamping. The Plenum Inserts have been machined to within .164" of the OEM diameter so there will not be any measurable affect on EGT's or cfm flow.

These are sold in a pair.

    They worked perfect. I had to barley tap them in with a rubber mallet and they made a nice snap in sound when they were seated. I will be purchasing for future projects and customer vehicles. Thanks riff raff!

    I've installed these before and sometimes you gotta tinker with the plenum opening to make them fit (NOT BECAUSE THE PART DOESN'T FIT PROPERLY) but rather the plenum has already been warped from tightening.
    THIS IS OK! I like to use a adjustable wrench and just carefully make that circle circular again! Its not bad and let's you know you needed the inserts!

    Inserts fit nice and snug into the plenum. Worked exactly as described and aloud me to tighter then boots down a little more

    Stop warping your manifold holes, use these inserts so you can crank down them hoses!

    I carefully tapped mine in with a short 2x4 until they stopped. The plenum is nice and rigid now and I have no fear of my clamps crushing them. Great product.
