RDP Plenum Reinforcing Inserts™ - Ford 7.3L 99.5-03
These billet 7075 Aluminum plenum inserts are a Riffraff Diesel original design and are patent pending. They are made to allow you to clamp down as hard as needed with T-bolt clamps so that you don't have any boost leaks. Fix your bent and crushed stock plenums with our Inserts as well. This is a budget friendly option to buying full billet plenums. Easy install, no special tools needed.
These were designed so as to add the least restriction possible while providing more than adequate structure for clamping. The Plenum Inserts have been machined to within .164" of the OEM diameter so there will not be any measurable affect on EGT's or cfm flow.

Great inserts
I didn't realize how flimsy the stock plenums were tell I pulled the intercooler boots off.At first when I looked at getting the inserts I was wondering how they would work and then I looked at the installation process and they just slide in from the top. Genius thank you riffraft.

Only way to go!
These inserts are nice! The fit and finish on these is excellent. Installation was straight forward, I used a block of wood and a small dead blow hammer and it took about 2 minutes to have both in their place. It's nice to be able to tighten your clamps how they're supposed to be. Another great product from Riff Raff.

A must have!
If you ever take your spider off would recommend putting it back together with these on! Simple and affordable solution for keeping plenum from getting out of round! Thanks clay

Nice Fit.
Use a regular hammer and a block of 2x4 and they go right in real snug. These well designed inserts allow you to really tighten down those clamps without and worry.
