RDP Plenum Reinforcing Inserts™ - Ford 7.3L 99.5-03
These billet 7075 Aluminum plenum inserts are a Riffraff Diesel original design and are patent pending. They are made to allow you to clamp down as hard as needed with T-bolt clamps so that you don't have any boost leaks. Fix your bent and crushed stock plenums with our Inserts as well. This is a budget friendly option to buying full billet plenums. Easy install, no special tools needed.
These were designed so as to add the least restriction possible while providing more than adequate structure for clamping. The Plenum Inserts have been machined to within .164" of the OEM diameter so there will not be any measurable affect on EGT's or cfm flow.

Great quality, easy to do.
Very high quality, made in the USA necessary product. I was installing a GTP38R and was in their anyway, and after having had the inter cooler piping and spider off several times in the past, the intake plenums had been a little dinged up. Even though they weren't leaking, I felt like adding the inserts would be an insurance against damaging them further and introducing a potential leak in the future.

Brilliant Design
These are awesome!
The stock Plenums are a little thin, especially when everything gets warm. These let you "clamp" down a lot more than you could without them!
I have a buddy that is a Ford Diesel tech, and he had never seen these before. He was thoroughly impressed with the craftsmanship and fit.
I would highly recommend these to anyone with a 7.3L -

Why International and Ford would allow such flimsy metal in the stock intake is beyond me...Never fear RiffRaff is here! This is a MUST HAVE! my plenum was leaking and out of round do to the clamps squashing them! I recommend that ALL Powerstroke owners install these!

These are a home run. If you have ever seen the cheap metal Ford used for the intake then you will want to buy these for your setup.

Worth Every Cent
Fortunately, my 01 still had original everything on it, so no one had bent up my plenums before. A couple of TPS on a block of wood with a dead blow hammer, and they were in. Was able to crank those T clamps down good and tight!
