RDP Plenum Reinforcing Inserts™ - Ford 7.3L 99.5-03

These billet 7075 Aluminum plenum inserts are a Riffraff Diesel original design and are patent pending. They are made to allow you to clamp down as hard as needed with T-bolt clamps so that you don't have any boost leaks. Fix your bent and crushed stock plenums with our Inserts as well. This is a budget friendly option to buying full billet plenums. Easy install, no special tools needed.

These were designed so as to add the least restriction possible while providing more than adequate structure for clamping. The Plenum Inserts have been machined to within .164" of the OEM diameter so there will not be any measurable affect on EGT's or cfm flow.

These are sold in a pair.

    This allows you o use a good set of t-clamps and make sure you have got a good tight seal around those intake boots without damaging the plenums

    I was replacing my CAC boots after a turbo swap and decided to install these inserts, it is a great peace of mind to know you can tighten these down and not damage the plenum. The OEM plenums will bend very easily and become out of round, don't let this happen or you will develop a boost leak. Great product and easy install, Highly recommend it.

    The machine work and finish on these were great and what an awesome idea to fix a poor design. All this for $40.00. Can't beat these and the time it takes is minimal.

    I bought these because i was pulling the spider for boot replacement. They are very well machined, and make total sense to purchase. I strongly recommend. If are in there for any reason, do yourself a favor. Buy these and prevent future headaches.

    Plenum inserts $39. 4 t bolt clamps $16. 1 day shipping, $5.95. The ability to LOCK DOWN the plenum boots, and have 0 boost leaks...

    Installed these as part of my turbo replacement. Installed nicely and ensure no issues when clamping down the new CAC boots from Riff Raff.
