RDP Plenum Reinforcing Inserts™ - Ford 7.3L 99.5-03
These billet 7075 Aluminum plenum inserts are a Riffraff Diesel original design and are patent pending. They are made to allow you to clamp down as hard as needed with T-bolt clamps so that you don't have any boost leaks. Fix your bent and crushed stock plenums with our Inserts as well. This is a budget friendly option to buying full billet plenums. Easy install, no special tools needed.
These were designed so as to add the least restriction possible while providing more than adequate structure for clamping. The Plenum Inserts have been machined to within .164" of the OEM diameter so there will not be any measurable affect on EGT's or cfm flow.

Super Easy Install
My plenums had collapsed, so it was a bit harder to install than if they were not, but slow methodical tapping with a rubber mallet got the plenum stretched out and it slipped right in. Nicely made pieces.

Quality and Perfect Fit
The inserts are tapered to make installation incredibly easy. No fighting with them or beating them with a hammer, they slid right in by hand.

WOW, I Glad I Ordered These!
Easy to install, and well worth the purchase. Quality product, and NOT large enough to cause a restriction! My plenums were creased, and I didn't even know it til I took the boots off! Pounded these in with a block of wood and fixed the problem. Now I have no worries about over-tightening the hose-clamps. Luv Riffraff Products!

A great way to reinforce the light weight sheet metal plenums. Now no worries about smashing them with over tightening the hose clamps. Best part I've seen in a long time!

Cheap upgrade and easy to install. Once you pull off your boots, you will be able to tell why you need the inserts. The plenums roll under light clamp pressure.

Something to be said for added protection!
Wasn't sure if I needed these, but glad I decided to buy them. After installing the new boots I could see where the added support for the plenums would be a good idea.
