RDP Plenum Reinforcing Inserts™ - Ford 7.3L 99.5-03

These billet 7075 Aluminum plenum inserts are a Riffraff Diesel original design and are patent pending. They are made to allow you to clamp down as hard as needed with T-bolt clamps so that you don't have any boost leaks. Fix your bent and crushed stock plenums with our Inserts as well. This is a budget friendly option to buying full billet plenums. Easy install, no special tools needed.

These were designed so as to add the least restriction possible while providing more than adequate structure for clamping. The Plenum Inserts have been machined to within .164" of the OEM diameter so there will not be any measurable affect on EGT's or cfm flow.

    Awesome product!!..allowed me to crank down the clamps a little more without worrying about crushing plenum sleeve.

    A must have when replacing the boots

    A great American made product. These are a definite must when replacing the plenum boots. They allow you to really tighten down on the clamps with destroying your plenums. Great Product.

    Boost Leak fixer!!!

    I was having problems with my boots lifting off the plenums, I would try better clamps, I tried tightening them more and ended up collapsing my plenums. I went to clay and grabbed this inserts. Super easy to install, maybe 20 minutes tops to have the truck going again! Now I can use my T-Bolt clamps that I bought with them and I haven’t had a boost leak since! Amazing products as always!

    Awesome idea. Product installs easy and solves boost leaks. Don't need to worry about over tightening clamps.

    Hands down one of the best things you can install in your 7.3. The ability to clamp down and not have any leaks is well worth the money! Great quality and perfect fit and finish.

    Looks guys if your already working under the hood and have a chance buy these! Install them you can't go wrong. The factory plenum are weak and it will bite you in the ass when you bend them tightening the clamps. This is a great product I recommend to anyone!
