Complete CAC Intercooler Boot Kit Ford 7.3L Powerstroke 99-03
This complete kit consists of 6 pieces of 4-ply Aramid reinforced silicone hoses that are specially made for Riffraff Diesel to withstand extreme temperatures to approximately 500 degrees F (vs. standard couplers that are good to 350 degrees F) and have been tested up to 150 psi working pressure.
Available in Blue, Red, and Black.
You will need to measure the inlet and outlet size of your intercooler to know what you have. We do not make a universal boot that fit both because fitment should be snug. Your metal intercooler tubes are 3" on all years so you don't even need a tape measure, just take off the boot, flip it around and see if it will fit on the inlet/outlet of the intercooler. If you need help with sizing please give us a call to ensure you get what you need.
We offer Early 99 plenum boots as well. These can be identified by the small 2" plenum inlet where the 99.5-03 have a 3" plenum intake and the truck production date would be 12/7/98 or before. If you need help with sizing please give us a call to ensure you get what you need. We also offer clamp kits if you are still running your stock Ford clamps.

What A Difference
Purchased these boots,Plenum Reinforcing Inserts, and a set of clamps for my 2000 F-250. My OEM boots were oil soaked and cracked. Clay's boots fit and installed easly. Much better quality over OEM. Replacing the spider with the new boots was a PITA due to the length on the bottom boots. Highly recommend all 3 products.

very durable
Great product, huge improvement over stock boots. The durability comes at a cost, boots were very stiff making it difficult to get them to flex around the pipes. Once installed they hold pressure without a problem.

Great quality
Did a bunch of work to my truck and my old boots were oil soaked so ordered up a set of these. way better than stock! just remember to buy new clamps cause the stock ones will be pain to put on.

Best upgrade!
Did a whole bunch of work to my truck, puts out over 40psi now and the stock boots weren't cutting it. Threw these bad boys on, amazing fit, and they hold super well! Worth the money for sure

Nice beefy boots
Much beefier feeling than stock, but don't forget to order the clamps also. Would be nice if these came with the new clamps.
