Complete CAC Intercooler Boot Kit Ford 7.3L Powerstroke 99-03
This complete kit consists of 6 pieces of 4-ply Aramid reinforced silicone hoses that are specially made for Riffraff Diesel to withstand extreme temperatures to approximately 500 degrees F (vs. standard couplers that are good to 350 degrees F) and have been tested up to 150 psi working pressure.
Available in Blue, Red, and Black.
You will need to measure the inlet and outlet size of your intercooler to know what you have. We do not make a universal boot that fit both because fitment should be snug. Your metal intercooler tubes are 3" on all years so you don't even need a tape measure, just take off the boot, flip it around and see if it will fit on the inlet/outlet of the intercooler. If you need help with sizing please give us a call to ensure you get what you need.
We offer Early 99 plenum boots as well. These can be identified by the small 2" plenum inlet where the 99.5-03 have a 3" plenum intake and the truck production date would be 12/7/98 or before. If you need help with sizing please give us a call to ensure you get what you need. We also offer clamp kits if you are still running your stock Ford clamps.

Excellant Replacement for OEM Boots
I purchased the Intercooler boot and clamp kit along with the plenum inserts. Boots are of highest quality and will last the life of the truck. Plenum inserts were exact fit and a east install. As stated before hardest part was aligning the boots on the intake spider. Clamps are a must if replacing the boots. Just less hassle. Once again shipping was extremely fast from Riffraff. Awesome Quality as Always
Bought these along with PRIs to replace the leaky factory boots on my '03 Exc. Install was easy, hardest part was finessing the intake boots onto the spider. Boots are thick and of obvious quality. Highly recommend buying the PRIs and tbolts so that you can torque down and get the full benefit of these boots without worry of crushing your plenums. Customer service was great and shipped the same day as usual.

Snug Fit
The boots look and work GREAT! They are a bit of a challenge to get on. The diameter is fine but the length could reduced a tad. But it made for good times doing the project! thanks Clay

Very nice product
Noticed a boost leak on my truck so I ordered these. You can definetly tell the difference between stock and riff raff. After the install haven't noticed any sort of boost leak. Very pleased with this product

Great Quality
Purchased these boots along with the plenum inserts for my '02 F-250. These boots are much thicker than the factory ones and fit tighter helping to hold the higher boost pressures. As Clay states, they are longer than the factory boots, but will fit perfectly with a little finesse of the spider!

CAC Intercooler Boot Kit for early '99
I placed the order. They were shipped the same day. Arrived on time. The quality of the boots exceeds the quality of the original factory boots. They greatly exceed the quality of the replacement boots Ford is now selling (poor quality and very thin). They are a good bit thicker than the original factory boots. Old clamps will work. Boost is up and the engine is quieter. The kit is considerably less expensive than the junk Ford sells. Great product and experience.....
