Complete CAC Intercooler Boot Kit Ford 7.3L Powerstroke 99-03
This complete kit consists of 6 pieces of 4-ply Aramid reinforced silicone hoses that are specially made for Riffraff Diesel to withstand extreme temperatures to approximately 500 degrees F (vs. standard couplers that are good to 350 degrees F) and have been tested up to 150 psi working pressure.
Available in Blue, Red, and Black.
You will need to measure the inlet and outlet size of your intercooler to know what you have. We do not make a universal boot that fit both because fitment should be snug. Your metal intercooler tubes are 3" on all years so you don't even need a tape measure, just take off the boot, flip it around and see if it will fit on the inlet/outlet of the intercooler. If you need help with sizing please give us a call to ensure you get what you need.
We offer Early 99 plenum boots as well. These can be identified by the small 2" plenum inlet where the 99.5-03 have a 3" plenum intake and the truck production date would be 12/7/98 or before. If you need help with sizing please give us a call to ensure you get what you need. We also offer clamp kits if you are still running your stock Ford clamps.

High quality boots fit perfectly
The boots showed up quickly and fit perfectly on my 2000 F250. My oil leak problem is solved and I have noticeably more power.
My only suggestion is to find good quality constant tension clamps for all locations. Ford has them on the hot side of the cooler but I added them to the cold side also. This is where my leak was. -

i have been purchasing parts from riffraff diesel for some time while building up my wife's f350. what more can i say i have bought a second set of cac boots for my f250. in my opinion if its sold, used or recommended by riffraff you are going to get your money's worth.

Another home run from riffraff. The boots are much heavier that the flimsy stock ones. Be sure to order new clamp kit also.

Top quality
The boots are made extremely well. A few of my stock boots had holes, so i ordered the complete kit. A positive is they were a bit of a bear to get on. But fit and finish top notch. Look great, a must do item. Save yourself and buy from riffraff, you cant beat qaulity or service.

Complete CAC Boot Kit
Boots come in by noon, I was finished installing by 3 PM. I used a couple of cotter pin tools to help put the boots on. There were no problems.

I did a lot of research for boots to install an intercooler into a OBS Powerstroke and chose these for the oil resistance.

Great quality for decent price!
Replaced all stock boots with 207000 miles. Much better quality than stock and better price! Stock clamps worked great with them.

High quality
Bought these to replace my 13 year old, 297,000 stock boots when doing a turbo, pedestal replacement. Fantastic product. The only downside is the boots are a bit longer than stock on at least 2 boots and they are so much thicker it took some work to get the intercooler tubes in.
