Complete CAC Intercooler Boot Kit Ford 7.3L Powerstroke 99-03
This complete kit consists of 6 pieces of 4-ply Aramid reinforced silicone hoses that are specially made for Riffraff Diesel to withstand extreme temperatures to approximately 500 degrees F (vs. standard couplers that are good to 350 degrees F) and have been tested up to 150 psi working pressure.
Available in Blue, Red, and Black.
You will need to measure the inlet and outlet size of your intercooler to know what you have. We do not make a universal boot that fit both because fitment should be snug. Your metal intercooler tubes are 3" on all years so you don't even need a tape measure, just take off the boot, flip it around and see if it will fit on the inlet/outlet of the intercooler. If you need help with sizing please give us a call to ensure you get what you need.
We offer Early 99 plenum boots as well. These can be identified by the small 2" plenum inlet where the 99.5-03 have a 3" plenum intake and the truck production date would be 12/7/98 or before. If you need help with sizing please give us a call to ensure you get what you need. We also offer clamp kits if you are still running your stock Ford clamps.

these boots fit great and look great, alot thicker and stronger than stock, no more boost leak, i would recommend getting the new clamp kit along with these

Way better than factory!!
Did a whole boost system upgrade and out these on, more than double the thickness of oem boots. If you're going to add the wicked wheel and a programmer I would get these for sure and not worry about blowing a boot.

Amazing
I have no complaints against the product. The only thing I can say is to make sure you buy the clamps for these boots as the old factory clamps barely fit and you have to struggle to get them to fit around these boots.

Excellent Fit
These boots are longer,thicker, more pliable and fit great. I also added the Plenum reinforcement inserts and replaced the clamps. What a great combo.
