Complete CAC Intercooler Boot Kit Ford 7.3L Powerstroke 99-03
This complete kit consists of 6 pieces of 4-ply Aramid reinforced silicone hoses that are specially made for Riffraff Diesel to withstand extreme temperatures to approximately 500 degrees F (vs. standard couplers that are good to 350 degrees F) and have been tested up to 150 psi working pressure.
Available in Blue, Red, and Black.
You will need to measure the inlet and outlet size of your intercooler to know what you have. We do not make a universal boot that fit both because fitment should be snug. Your metal intercooler tubes are 3" on all years so you don't even need a tape measure, just take off the boot, flip it around and see if it will fit on the inlet/outlet of the intercooler. If you need help with sizing please give us a call to ensure you get what you need.
We offer Early 99 plenum boots as well. These can be identified by the small 2" plenum inlet where the 99.5-03 have a 3" plenum intake and the truck production date would be 12/7/98 or before. If you need help with sizing please give us a call to ensure you get what you need. We also offer clamp kits if you are still running your stock Ford clamps.

Good quality at a fair price!

Awesome boot kit
I ordered the boots and they were shipped immediately to me. I got them installed the day they came in and they've held up great. They are thicker than the oem ones I had and they fit very snug.

Awesome product at a great price
Another great product from RIFF RAFF!!!
If you have not replaced your stock boots on your powerstroke you need this kit. Mine looked good but make no mistake they needed to be replaced, especially the ones under the spider!!! These are more than twice as thick as the stock boots, the factory clamps can be used but are a real pain to get started. Spend the extra money on the t-bolt clamps and plenum inserts, you will not regret it!!!

Work too well
My old factory boots started to blow whenever I boosted. I got tired of it and bought these. They worked so well I was able to push 38 lbs on my stock turbo and sure enough it went out. Overall amazing little upgrade! Shipped fast and loved the color option

Great Product
I just installed the Boot kit on my 02. The old worn out boots caused high EGT's and Low boost 19psi to be exact. Happy days Low EGT's and 26Psi of boost
