Complete CAC Intercooler Boot Kit Ford 7.3L Powerstroke 99-03
This complete kit consists of 6 pieces of 4-ply Aramid reinforced silicone hoses that are specially made for Riffraff Diesel to withstand extreme temperatures to approximately 500 degrees F (vs. standard couplers that are good to 350 degrees F) and have been tested up to 150 psi working pressure.
Available in Blue, Red, and Black.
You will need to measure the inlet and outlet size of your intercooler to know what you have. We do not make a universal boot that fit both because fitment should be snug. Your metal intercooler tubes are 3" on all years so you don't even need a tape measure, just take off the boot, flip it around and see if it will fit on the inlet/outlet of the intercooler. If you need help with sizing please give us a call to ensure you get what you need.
We offer Early 99 plenum boots as well. These can be identified by the small 2" plenum inlet where the 99.5-03 have a 3" plenum intake and the truck production date would be 12/7/98 or before. If you need help with sizing please give us a call to ensure you get what you need. We also offer clamp kits if you are still running your stock Ford clamps.

Much better then oem
Nice boots. Much heavier then stock. Definitely a tight fit on the upper cac pipes to spider. A hook tool and an extra set of hands made this part much easier. I got back a couple pounds of boost I had lost with my old leaky boots and the truck runs much smoother. Great parts!

Tight fit
Tight fit but much thicker than OEM boots. The color is nice. These things were a huge pain to get on the spider, but I do feel they will work way better than OEM. No more turbo leaks.

Way cheaper than Oem boots, way higher quality, fit great, no problems at all, and can't beat AMERICAN quality! Great job to Riff Raff

Awesome product!
I had to replace my turbo pedestal due to leak (I bought 1 that was a rebuilt blank) I installed the new Riff Raff pedestal along with the intake inserts and all new intercooler boots. I gained about 2 psi of boost and truck seems more responsive thanks to all the people at Riff Raff. Maybe I should look into being a Riff Raff supplier for my customers thanks guys

Best boots on the market!
Lower priced and way better quality than any that I have tried. Running 42psi on my hot tune and they hold just fine. Love that they are made in the US. Riffraff Diesel all the way!

Awsome product!!
Had oem ford boots on the truck.
Switched to full synthetic oil with a tuner. Boots began to show more leakage righr off the bat. Did research found best price and rating and was the riff raff complete cac boot kit. First look at tgem was wow these look like there designed very well, due to the thickness compaired to the oem boots. There about 3/8 thick compaired to the 5/16 factory boot.. install was effortless they fit perfect and didnt require force on any of them (prayed with silcone also) they tightened down very snug. They where a awsome price and easy install could not believe the diffrence once i fited the truck up ... that little bit of blowby everyone thinks it can be ok for a little... but the riffraff boots show you the power you where losing and how the truck should be performing .... overall very pleased with this awsome product
