Complete CAC Intercooler Boot Kit Ford 7.3L Powerstroke 99-03
This complete kit consists of 6 pieces of 4-ply Aramid reinforced silicone hoses that are specially made for Riffraff Diesel to withstand extreme temperatures to approximately 500 degrees F (vs. standard couplers that are good to 350 degrees F) and have been tested up to 150 psi working pressure.
Available in Blue, Red, and Black.
You will need to measure the inlet and outlet size of your intercooler to know what you have. We do not make a universal boot that fit both because fitment should be snug. Your metal intercooler tubes are 3" on all years so you don't even need a tape measure, just take off the boot, flip it around and see if it will fit on the inlet/outlet of the intercooler. If you need help with sizing please give us a call to ensure you get what you need.
We offer Early 99 plenum boots as well. These can be identified by the small 2" plenum inlet where the 99.5-03 have a 3" plenum intake and the truck production date would be 12/7/98 or before. If you need help with sizing please give us a call to ensure you get what you need. We also offer clamp kits if you are still running your stock Ford clamps.

Great Option for CAC Boots!
These CAC boots are top of the line. The quality compared to my originals is unrivaled. These boots are heavy duty, fit great and are much cheaper than the same quality of boots from othrr companies (plus have options for colors to give your truck a little extra personality.) I have purchased from a lot of companies but the value and quality of Riff Raff products impresses me every time.

I replaced my boots after pulling the turbo to replace the pedestal o-rings. Great product, easy to install. I would recommend getting the Plenum Reinforcing Inserts too, as well as the High Pressure Crossover.

Great upgrade to OEM
Thicker boots and much stiffer than the OEMs. Much better seal than the OEM along saving you a lot of money over the OEM boots.

They are great boots but getting them on and clamped perfectly is challenging. They do the job and look good. I'm very pleased.

You can't possibly appreciate these until you hold them in your hand next to the stock CAC boots, these are at least 3 times thicker, they are a pain in the a** to put on, but, I wouldn't have it any other way. Very happ
