Complete CAC Intercooler Boot Kit Ford 7.3L Powerstroke 99-03
This complete kit consists of 6 pieces of 4-ply Aramid reinforced silicone hoses that are specially made for Riffraff Diesel to withstand extreme temperatures to approximately 500 degrees F (vs. standard couplers that are good to 350 degrees F) and have been tested up to 150 psi working pressure.
Available in Blue, Red, and Black.
You will need to measure the inlet and outlet size of your intercooler to know what you have. We do not make a universal boot that fit both because fitment should be snug. Your metal intercooler tubes are 3" on all years so you don't even need a tape measure, just take off the boot, flip it around and see if it will fit on the inlet/outlet of the intercooler. If you need help with sizing please give us a call to ensure you get what you need.
We offer Early 99 plenum boots as well. These can be identified by the small 2" plenum inlet where the 99.5-03 have a 3" plenum intake and the truck production date would be 12/7/98 or before. If you need help with sizing please give us a call to ensure you get what you need. We also offer clamp kits if you are still running your stock Ford clamps.

Another great product
Boot kit was a perfect fit and seem very durable. The bue looks way nicer in the engine compartment than the dirty oil did. Was a little tough to get the spider together but I'm also new to the 7.3 and maybe don't know the tricks yet. Buying another kit for my excursion as well as it has the same leaky factory boot issue.

Great quality
Very nice set of boots. A lot thicker then oem. Only reason for giving four stars is they are slightly longer then oem. This can make things difficult to line up.

These boots from Riffraff diesel are the perfect upgrade over the Ford factory boots! Extremely well made and very durable! Make sure to buy the riffraff diesel clamp kit also when ordering these. Thank you riffraff!

I'm happy with my order!
I got a set of intercooler (CAC) boots and I was for the most part happy with them the only part I really didn't like was it didn't say I would have problems using the original clamps I just barely got them on and I didn't like that I had to trim the boots but other than that they work and look excellent I'm very happy I got the riffraff 99-03 7.3l boots thank you Riffraff Diesel.

E99 Intercooler Boots
Very nice, very thick. Good fit, I didn't have any problems at all with the factory clamps. The intercooler piping was leaking and Jonathan at DynoProven flared them for me. No more leaks, if I had known about that I would've had it done first.

Nice boots
I like the color & the make of the product. Installing the spider was a little difficult as the boots were really tight, but all worked out.

Last boots you'll need
My mechanic was impressed with the quality of these boots. They took a little work getting on and fit snug. With the exception of a little added boost from a RiffRaff wheel, I expect these boots will outlast anything else on the truck.

These boots are the best I have ever installed ! Doesn't take a lot of time and the end result is quality and boost back when you pull that hill and don't worry if you're going to be shut down due to loss of boost !!
