6.0L CAC Intercooler "Hot Side" Boot Kit 03-07

This complete kit consists of 2 pieces highly oil resistant 4-ply reinforced Aramid inner and a thin silicone outer for color and easy cleaning. Our CAC hoses are specially made for us to withstand extreme temperatures to approximately 550 degrees F (vs. standard couplers that are good to 350 degrees F) and have been tested up to 180 psi working pressure. We also offer clamp kits if you are still running your stock Ford clamps.

Available in Blue, Red and Black.

This Hot Side kit is for the passenger side 03-07 6.0L Powerstrokes with stock intercooler pipe, does not fit Banks Intercoolers or E-Series.

    Arrived quick. Fit was great. Product was high quality. It holds my cac pipe in place alot better than stock boots. Thanks.

    CAC boots.. Super thick and tacky

    these boots fit perfectly, are thicker than stock and are much tackier and dont slip off during "super boost" .. Monies well spent ;)

    I have had these boots for over a year now and never bothered to review them, but I feel I really need to let others now how great they are. I have been towing with these boots for the past year, 30+ PSI on long hard pulls, and haven't had any issues. So much better quality than factory. I just needed to remove the intercooler tubes this weekend to do an EGR delete and I CAN NOT BELIEVE how glued on these boots where. I couldn't pull them off, I finally had to break the seal with a small screwdriver. I have had several different companies boots over the years, but nothing has held like Riffraff's. Thank you guys for making the best boots, hands down!

    Good snug fit. Amazing quality. Far superior to the flimsy OEM boots
