6.0L CAC Intercooler "Hot Side" Boot Kit 03-07
This complete kit consists of 2 pieces highly oil resistant 4-ply reinforced Aramid inner and a thin silicone outer for color and easy cleaning. Our CAC hoses are specially made for us to withstand extreme temperatures to approximately 550 degrees F (vs. standard couplers that are good to 350 degrees F) and have been tested up to 180 psi working pressure. We also offer clamp kits if you are still running your stock Ford clamps.
Available in Blue, Red and Black.
This Hot Side kit is for the passenger side 03-07 6.0L Powerstrokes with stock intercooler pipe, does not fit Banks Intercoolers or E-Series.

Amazing holding ability!
I have had these boots for over a year now and never bothered to review them, but I feel I really need to let others now how great they are. I have been towing with these boots for the past year, 30+ PSI on long hard pulls, and haven't had any issues. So much better quality than factory. I just needed to remove the intercooler tubes this weekend to do an EGR delete and I CAN NOT BELIEVE how glued on these boots where. I couldn't pull them off, I finally had to break the seal with a small screwdriver. I have had several different companies boots over the years, but nothing has held like Riffraff's. Thank you guys for making the best boots, hands down!

Very Well Made!!!!!!!
I just ordered these CAC boots to replace the original factory boots. They seem very well made and cost a lot less than other cac boots. I havent installed them yet so I hope that they will perform as good as they look.

Great fit
Installed in no time. Fits nice and tight. I used the original clamps afters I cleaned them up. They got over the new boots without much hassle. I haven't driven the truck much since the install, but I did test driver right after install, let it get hot and then hammered down on it and the oil leak I was getting with the old stock boots seems to be gone. Thanks Riffraff.

Best 6.0 intercooler boots!
My stock boots started to rip and crack, so I bought these for the price. Best choice I made these boots are thicker, stronger and way better looking than the stock ones!

Very Good
These work great. I'm only knocking off one star because of one minor shortcoming...they don't have alignment marks like the stock boots. You can work around this pretty easily but the alignment marks would make these perfect.

Great product at a super price!!
I was skeptical about these boots at such a low price. But then... WOW!!! They are of higher quality than the OEM boots; thicker and with a better fit. Even under high boost they have held tight, no problems what so ever. Thanks Riffraff!
