6.0L CAC Intercooler "Hot Side" Boot Kit 03-07
This complete kit consists of 2 pieces highly oil resistant 4-ply reinforced Aramid inner and a thin silicone outer for color and easy cleaning. Our CAC hoses are specially made for us to withstand extreme temperatures to approximately 550 degrees F (vs. standard couplers that are good to 350 degrees F) and have been tested up to 180 psi working pressure. We also offer clamp kits if you are still running your stock Ford clamps.
Available in Blue, Red and Black.
This Hot Side kit is for the passenger side 03-07 6.0L Powerstrokes with stock intercooler pipe, does not fit Banks Intercoolers or E-Series.

Excellent quality, excellent fitment. Good customer support
Fitment is great and quality is great. It would help if a brief set of instructions were included. I realize removal and install is actually quite simple. My issue was torquing the retainers properly. I blew off the boot at the turbo twice before calling in and asking questions to which I received proper answers. I will shop with Riffraff again!

Better than Stock
These are better than stock. They are a solid product. When I removed the old one, they were very pliable and flimsy. The new ones were very stiff and set well when installed.

Works great but the original has a ridge inside that fits in a groove to help hold in place when running. I used spray on gasket seal to help hold in place and so far so good!

Excellent Quality!
The turbo compressor end of mine blew a hole in itself, so the time came to replace. These pieces are much more heavy duty than OEM! Much thicker! Plus, substantially cheaper than OEM. Excellent replacement. Fit my very early 2004 (9-2004) without any problems.

Nice quality
Good quality boots. But I'm a little concerned that they don't have the rings inside that fit in the grooves in the pipes like factory boots do. I've got them on there as good as they're going to get, but friction is the only thing holding them on. I'd feel better if they had that ring in there.
