Upgrade your weak original FPR spring in your 1999-2003 7.3L Powerstroke. Choose from 3 springs depending on what pressure you want to run, silver ~55psi, ~gold 62psi, black ~70psi. Kit includes the mounting oring, as well as the fuel sleeve on the return tube. All parts 100% Made in the USA.

Thank you RiffRaff for including the O-ring and the rubber sleeve; mine was disintegrating as I removed the return line. Installed the gold spring and definitely notice that the truck is running smoother and quieter. I did sprout a small leak at my drain valve though so definitely keep in mind, increasing the pressure will certainly find any seals or O-rings that are not in good shape. Thankfully RiffRaff has the fuel bowl kit which is next up for me.

Was super easy to install both O-rings were correct. My stock spring still had tension but was a little too short. Truck runs good. Can’t tell the difference but at least I know it’s in there.

Simple install- truck idled smother & seemed to run quiet. happy with purchase!

5 Seems to be a lot more responsive now that I used the gold spring from the kit.old spring from the kit. Other than that the engine is stock.

Seems more responsive now. Engine is stock with 6 position tune and 210,000 mi. now.

I was skeptical that a tiny part could make a difference. I have a 2000 7.3 with 215,000 miles. I thought it ran well before this upgrade. Now, it is a different truck entirely. It has more power and better sounds overall. I used the gold spring. It's easily installed, but watch dropping the parts in the valley. I had some diesel on my fingers, and the housing and spring went flying as I was pressing to install the screws. Luckily, I was able to find them.
