Upgrade your weak original FPR spring in your 1999-2003 7.3L Powerstroke. Choose from 3 springs depending on what pressure you want to run, silver ~55psi, ~gold 62psi, black ~70psi. Kit includes the mounting oring, as well as the fuel sleeve on the return tube. All parts 100% Made in the USA.

Gold spring
99 7.3PS bought used with 144k on it 23 yrs ago bullydog tuner on and been driving around with it acting up ever since I out tuner on I didn’t pay it much mind as long as I did t keep it floored it was ok replaced spring last week and my god did this thing wake up it had never run like it does now better fuel mileage quieter injectors runs smoother . Truck currently has 430k on it highly recommend this …. I wish I found out about this decades ago

Rebuilt my bowl and the stock spring with 300k miles was pretty rusty. Added the riffraff billet lid and gold spring. Sits at 72-73 psi at idle at the bowl.

Upgraded Fuel FPR Spring Kit 99-03
Engine: 7.3 PS w/5 speed manual had fuel psi readings as low as 45 psi at highway speeds. After installing the blue spring the psi readings are 75 to 80 psi at highway speeds. Right where they should be.
