Stainless Steel HPX - Ford 7.3L Powerstroke (94-97)
The Stainless Steel High Pressure Crossover is meant to allow excess oil pressure to flow between both heads allowing for better supply to the injectors. By allowing the oil to flow to the opposite head, the issue of pressure spikes are less and allow for a smoother idle. We manufacture our own SS HPX lines right here in the USA unlike many companies today that outsource their product lines.

Must Have
My truck runs a lot smoother and quieter. The install was quick and easy once you figure out you might have to bend one end of the tubing about 1/32nd-1/16th. I chose to bend the passenger side. It was easier.

A must for any PSD
I ended up buying the one recommended for the OBS truck for my 97 PSD even though the entire turbo setup is from a late 99-03. I asked if I should use the piece for the superduty trucks but it was suggested to use the OBS HPX hose. The only issue I had was that it hit the turbo compressor housing which meant I had to slightly bend it to fit. Other that that it's been on the truck for a few weeks now with no issues and it's working great. This replaced my old x-hose that was leaking.

Fits great works like stated
Fits perfectly and made the truck run smoother. Sounds kinda like a 6.0 at idle now that it runs smooth and is a little quieter.

Great fit and finish! Easy install. I did a few other things at the same time so I don't know how much it helped

Modified 97 OBS
Great product from Clay! Really smoothed out my 97 and really improved low end throttle response. Would highly recommend on any modified 7.3.
