Riffraff Diesel High Flow Banjo Bolt Set for Ford 7.3L 94-03
Why bother trying to drill out your stock pot-metal bolts in the cylinder head and break them off while reinstalling? Not to mention a larger hole does not necessarily equal more flow, and can create an incredible amount of turbulence that actually reduces flow to less than stock.
We have engineered a high flow fuel bolt using StressProof® Steel that offers the highest flow possible. By combining a patented, high-end steel with precision flow/port testing we have been able to reduce turbulence, raise flow, and increase bolt strength all at an economically minded price point. Unlike other copies we make our banjo bolts 100% in the USA for quality you can trust.
- Made from Patented StressProof® Steel
- 6x More flow than stock bolts
- Precision machined low restriction ports
- USA Made Viton Oring Leak-Free Seal Included
- 100% Made in the USA

Great Mod
Super fast shipping. Easy install, extra notes, for auto trans you need to remove the dip stick but no extra steps are needed, it just makes the install a little more claustrophobic. Engines runs smoother and has better low end throttle response. A must for all trucks.

increased throttle response.
It took my son about an hour to install thease on my 2000 f 250.

Well worth the cost!
Excellent quality

Great Upgrade
These High flow BB were part of my fuel system upgrade:(Hutch, CVD, FRX, and new factory fuel lines...the passenger fuel line was nearly worn through at that little bracket, so be aware of this). These BB were the last to go in because of being on backorder so I can't for certain claim a significant difference in performance. I will say I noticed the motor a bit quieter sounding. These nicely machined Bolts, along with the other upgrades from Riffraff have made a world of difference in how my 7.3 runs & sounds. 'More power, faster & smoother acceleration, smooth idle, quieter motor with no more knocking/cackle. My otherwise stock 99.5 with 350k has never ran better! Highly Recommended

More fuel, more flow = more throttle response and pickup
I did this in conjunction with a complete fuel delivery line replace to -6AN stainless Steel braided line (3/8) and removed check valves at the heads to replace with -6AN/1/8 NPT fittings instead of Riff raff CVD fittings. Used Gasoila thread sealant on the fittings.
WARNING: the check valves into the heads BOTH came out with a little bit of head threads on them. Going back in I had to baby the torque so as not to strip out the head. After 207k of heat, I should have sprayed some WD-40 or PB Blaster on it to make sure they came out easy.
Banjos made things smoother, quieter, more throttle response.
When you take the old Banjos out (mine were only hand tight) you can see the restrictive holes in them. Combine that with more fuel line delivery and it is a world of difference on my 2002 f250 7.3 with 207k on it.
Easy access to the passenger side rear one from under the engine. A little tight but you can get a 1/4 drive socket on it (use the 1/4 drive connector head of the socket only—bare 1/4" socket wrench with no socket attached) and BE FRICKIN careful not to over torque the new ones going back on. I think they are like 8 ft/lbs only.
Driver's side front banjo is pretty easy to access by removing the 4 bolts on the alternator bracket and supporting the alternator. Banjo is is behind the bracket. Gotta release tension on the serpentine belt tensioner before removing the alternator bracket.
I supported the alternator with four bungees suspended from my opened up hood. Worked perfectly. -
Banjo Bolts
Easy to change out, smoothed out the idle.
