Get the good ones
Many people tell you to get this or get that when you work on a project. This is one where you need to use Ford Navistar gaskets exclusively as I learn the hard way some years ago. You will find gasket sets ranging from eight dollars to $80. As I said for this project staked with the factory ones and he will not be in there in a few months redoing it as well as having to purchase 15 quarts of fresh oil and gallons and gallons of antifreeze

Good Kit
In the instructions it says not to tighten the front oil cooler receiver to the engine block until you push in the oil cooler from the rear. My suggestion is that you do snug it up to the engine block, but don't torque it until the oil cooler is in. Otherwise it moves around to much to get the gaskets to seat correctly.

Oil cooler kit
This oil cooler seal kit includes oem ford parts and fit perfectly on my 2000 model 7.3 powerstroke. My truck had a bad leak but after installing this kit there isn’t a drop of oil or coolant leaking anywhere. Will definitely order from Riffraff again!

Only Go with Motorcraft!
I've heard this so many times. I replaced this gasket with a NAPA brand and it failed the next year with oil dripping down the filter. Had the oil mixed with the antifreeze it would of been bad news. Stick with motorcraft like this part sold by Riffraff! Quality part.

Cooler Kit and more.
Great OEM kit. Rebuilt my cooler on a 2001 F550 bucket truck. I also installed a new Navistar water pump, hoses, thermo w/ neck, heater core pipe and gasket, sensor and degas bottle which made the Oil Cooler job much easier overall. This was the time to replace the Back Pressure Tube and sensor while I was there. All OEM parts (Can't afford doing twice) and everything fit as it should. Shipping was on time also. Thanks for the great site.
