Well at 275000 mile it was time to replace the O rings and RR really has the best quality parts every time. I'm very happy with the ease of install. Watch diesel tech ron's youtube vid and it's a easy install.

Went to the dealership and they wanted 140$ for everything, looked it up and saw this website so I gave it a shot.Installed it on home and it was a perfect fit.

Don't forget to buy assembly lube!

Posted by Connor on Oct 25th 2017

This kit fixed my oil cooler leak. The old O-rings were brittle and broke right off. I recommend using an O-ring assembly lube to get the ends to seat correctly. I had to install mine a second time because after the first installation, and fluid fill up, my coolant and oil mixed. I had to flush everything and start again. Its back and running, and no more oil leaking from the cooler.
