    Perfect fit

Posted by Jon H on Dec 8th 2018

Bought this kit to replace the leaking o-rings. This kit is a perfect fit. No leaks or issues after a week on the truck. Make sure you clean your old oil cooler really good and lube up the o-rings good and it pops back together pretty easy with a ratchet strap and a couple taps with a rubber mallet. Definitely purchasing this kit to do my other 7.3s when the time comes

    OEM Parts

Very pleased with OEM seal kit from Riffraff. I have a 2003 7.3 with 154,000 miles and all seals fit great. Need a rubber mallet, grease and some wood to support the elbows when placing back together. Only hit my hand once, ha! Watch some videos on You Tube, they help.

    Great service

Went to together with a little bit of work. You will need a pipe type clamp. You just can't push them together. I had a wood style pipe clamp. I would not have been able to press the oil cooler into the mounts. It is messy. I had the power steering pump off so this made removing the front mount a breeze.I used a small Kiddie pool to catch the Antifreeze and oil. This made all the difference in the clean up. I try to only purchase my parts from Riffraff. Clay is great.

    Seal kit renewal

Great product, price and shipping ! Clay even helped out with sealant for this knucklehead when I accidentally removed the plug on the aft cooler end. Thanks for the great parts and service.
