OCR - Overboost Code Regulator™ for Ford 7.3L 99-03
The purpose of the OCR™ is to regulate the presence of an "overboost code" that sets the Service Engine Soon light and stop the PCM from defueling at 23 psi of boost. We are the first to utilize a pre-set custom regulator that will allow your MAP Sensor to see up to 22psi before holding it there. With the use of a pre-set regulator it doesn't allow there to be human error when setting it or to accidently be adjusted out of the correct setting. By using this highly accurate regulator your performance will not be hampered or degraded. You can perform this same mod your self with a compressor regulator from a hardware store, but from experience we have learned that these models can be extemely inaccurate at low psi levels. Because of the inaccuracy and inability to hold the pressure at the same psi you end up adjusting it down there by losing performance. Our OCR™ was made to prevent overboost, but it doesn't enhance performance, it allows the computer to perform past what would normally be an overboost condition. If you aren't building over 23+ and experiencing defueling then this product isn't what you are looking for.
To make this a true bolt on product, and not just a cheaper bent hanger, we include a laser cut, black anodized custom bracket that moves your MAP sensor and allows for a clean looking install.

In a world of cheap, inaccurate, over priced compressor regulators Riffraff OCR is way ahead of everyone else. This looks great installed and took care of my code while also providing full fueling.

Works. But....
Does its job and the code has not returned once since installation. BUT it sits right above the low pressure port for the AC. This makes it a PITA to get my gauges on. I wish they has shifted it to the right side of the bracket.

Overboost code regulator
Beautiful piece, nicely made. Love its USA. Fixed my CEL and defuel. Riff Raff please modify so that it does not have to be removed to get connected onto the low pressure AC access port with AC manifolds or recharge cans. Other than that, perfect product!

Game changer
This was a game changer. With the turbo pedestal delete and the upgraded waste gate valve. This eliminated my ruff idling problem. The new bracket puts the map sensor in a better location

Better than expected
Really awesome small and neat. I was expecting a bulky valve but its small. Only wish it came with hose clamps for the ends that connect to the manifold fitting and boost part.

Easy install, made well, and it works. Nice combination Riff Raft. I wish I knew of this device several years ago.

OCR Regulator
After modifying my truck I have grown tired of the CEL coming on when I put my foot into it. The computer de-fuels, boost drops and the truck stops pulling. After installing the OCR what a difference! The boost will now hit 27psi and the truck MOVES! No CEL no boost drop and it is a blast to drive. They state it does not enhance performance but it sure feels like it.
