    Tight fit

3.5” plenty of room to adjust it once installed, perfect size and product
3” clamp could be a bit bigger or more threads so I could adjust it without hassle when installed. I had to rodeo it around a bit

    Great clean product

    Quality Clamps but small

Posted by Jake Saxon on Jun 18th 2025

Disappointed. Should have read all the reviews talking about being small. Bought clamps with boot kit so they should have been sized for my boots. Intercooler and plenum clamps were great. All the clamps for 3" connections are too small. Stole one of the 3.25" clamps from the intercooler and it fit way better going on the e99 spyder. I get not wanting to bury the nut and have 2" of threads sticking out of all the clamps, but even worse than that is not being able to slide or clock the clamps on the pipes even with the nut barely hanging on threaded all the way out. Hard to believe there is no middle ground. Now I gotta source something local to get back on the road.

    Clamp Kit

The only Riff Raff product I’ve ordered that has been a disappointment. Comes with mostly T-318 clamps and two T-350 clamps, all were of high quality however only the T-350 clamps fit, all others didn’t have enough thread to fit onto the Riff Raff intercooler boots, these are likely sized and designed for the stock ford thinner boots. I do not recommend these with anything thicker than stock ford intercooler boots.

    Just a little bit tight

Posted by Bob Ritzman on Apr 26th 2025

Good, heavy-duty clamps. The clamps for my 3-1/4 inch connections fit easily. Those for the 3 inch connections were very tight once the boots were installed over the plenum connections. I had to coat the boots outside with oil, then was able to position the clamps where necessary. It would be great if the screws on the smaller clamps were about 1/4 inch longer.

    Great quality - short

Posted by Roger Lovell on Apr 22nd 2025

While I don't like clamps that are close to too long; the extra length on the bolt bothers me, several of these clamps we too short for my early 99. There are different lengths, so make sure you put them in the right place, but be prepared to use 2 clamps that you took off.

    clamps

the clamp kit was really disappointing, they felt cheap, China made, could not get some them to even thread over new boots, had to use some of oem clamps, which seemed far better made even after being 20 some years old, S&B looked far better

    Clamps

3" Clamps do not fit the Riff Rafff Boot kit. Would likley work very well on OEM boots.

    NOT so great

Posted by jack Woolridge on Oct 27th 2024

I ordered these and new boots 18 months ago. They may work well under stock performance. This is a 10mm system and the bolt does not have the appropriate threads. I found that they begin to pull the threads off after 18 months. Going back to Ford clamps.
