Our 2nd Generation FRx™ System utilizes Eaton Aeroquip® 304 Stainless Steel Braided lines covered with a groundbreaking protective layer of HYTREL® from DuPont.
The FRx™ was made to solve the 'deadhead' fuel rail issue on the 99-03 Powerstroke engine by connecting the two heads and allowing a metered return you allow the air another return path, rather than forcing it through your injectors. This product was designed to eliminate the need to cut your return line and use compression fittings, so that it is a true bolt on system. We have also machined the FRx™ block to provide from stock to 72 psi of fuel pressure depending on which spring you choose to install it with. By using our kit and eliminating the air in the fuel system you can experience smoother, quieter idle, less cackle, and better throttle response among other things. You will also be increasing your injector life as well by utilizing the FRx™ and creating a regulated return back to the tank. Protective covers are also pre-installed to prevent chaffing of engine components from the SS braided line. These covers are also great if you want to keep the system looking OE and not draw attention to it once installed.

Highly Recommended
I installed this on my 2003 7.3 to help prolong the life of my injectors. It quieted down the dead head tick that I could not stand on long road trips. I have only had it on for a few weeks. So far I love this product. It will be a perfect match for stage 1 injectors as opposed to a full regulated return system.
I highly recommend the square plug socket when purchasing this product. Install only took about 1.5 hours and I installed the CVD high flow fittings at the same time, along with a new wastegate actuator.

Perfect Fit
This is the most economical way to solve the deadhead fuel issue on the 7.3. Works great and fits perfectly. The kit even comes with a new sleeve for the return line. I strongly recommend you get the high flow cvd fitting set to go with this.

Worth the buy!!
I've bought 2 of these to put on mine and my dad's 01 7.3's. I'm running 160/stock FFD injectors and he is running 175/46 Swamps injectors. This is a great compliment mod to the 7.3 fuel system. One unexpected result on my truck is the smoke acceleration from a stop really cleaned up...very happy with that!! Been running mine for a year with no issues.

Another quality Riffraff product
Just got around to installing this today and it works great. Install was very straight forward. Before, my fuel p gauge stayed right at 60. Now, with the gold spring it's right on the money reading 67.

Worth the price
Just installed the FRx and the CVD fittings while doing a fuel bowl rebuild and definitely notice the difference afterwards. I still need to clean my fuel tank screens or do the hutch mod but this helped with a smoother idle and increased throttle response. Definitely Recommend for the 7.3l.

Fixed Long Starting issue
I was having problems with long starts and narrowed it down to fuel pressure and decided to upgrade instead of just rebuilding the stock regulator on the fuel bowl. Installation was quick and easy and now the trucks starts quicker than it ever has. Really impressed with the service from Riffraff and even happier with their products.

Great Product!
Installed the FRx and the CVD Fittings and was very impressed with the results. The idle is smooth, engine is quieter and the truck seems to be snappier. Instructions were well written and Clay's service is second to none. I would encourage other 7.3 owners to consider making the investment. I just wish I would have done it sooner!

Worth every penny!
Installed this along with the RR CVD fittings on my '02 F-250. Very impressed with the increased throttle response and less cackle of my injectors. Not to mention, the added piece-of-mind for my single shots!
