7.3L Diesel Fuel Rail Crossover™ (FRx) 99-03 Powerstroke
"The Prescription For Your Fuel System Needs®"
Our 2nd Generation FRx™ System utilizes Eaton Aeroquip® 304 Stainless Steel Braided lines covered with a groundbreaking protective layer of HYTREL® from DuPont.
The FRx™ was made to solve the 'deadhead' fuel rail issue on the 99-03 Powerstroke engine by connecting the two heads and allowing a metered return you allow the air another return path, rather than forcing it through your injectors. This product was designed to eliminate the need to cut your return line and use compression fittings, so that it is a true bolt on system. We have also machined the FRx™ block to provide from stock to 72 psi of fuel pressure depending on which spring you choose to install it with. By using our kit and eliminating the air in the fuel system you can experience smoother, quieter idle, less cackle, and better throttle response among other things. You will also be increasing your injector life as well by utilizing the FRx™ and creating a regulated return back to the tank. Protective covers are also pre-installed to prevent chaffing of engine components from the SS braided line. These covers are also great if you want to keep the system looking OE and not draw attention to it once installed.

Best product.
I installed it on my 7.3 superduty. It was okay to install found it was easy to remove the ac compressor and move it over to get the plug easier. I love the throttle response now. The only thing i wish is the the block and where the lines that come out were angle down move so it looked move factory.

good quality
installed on my 2000 f250, it was tougher than I expected but everything works like they said it would

Great product, tight fit
Installed on an e350 prior to motor going back in. Tight fit.

Great design, well built & complete!
Installed the Fuel Rail Crossover™ (FRx) on my 01 F250 Superduty to balance fuel return between the injectors and to reduce dead heading plus to quiet down some injector clatter. Didn't notice much difference initially in sound but when i was cruising at freeway speeds I could feel the difference in response and a smoother, quieter power delivery.
Installation was a bit cramped, plan your hose routing especially for the left bank. I removed the ac compressor with out disconnecting hoses on the right side, plenty of room with the compressor moved slightly over. -
Well built and easy install
This parts made a HUGE difference in the way my rig runs, starts, and accelerates!
Like instructions say, beware not loose the spring, also the nut on the of fuel Lin coming into the fuel bowl can slip down the tube and end up out of reach!! I spent 30 minutes trying to get it back up the line. Wrap black tape in the line behind it so it doesn't go down the fuel line

Hope to get installed soon
I am piecing together some things to do while the turbo is off to do pedestal O-rings. Very well built part as soon as its on truck and I get to run it for awhile I will repost another review with the results.

awsome product hated the install though..
All on all the FRX is great!! Much faster startup and better fuel pressure. The install sucked being that its 28 degrees out and I have an e99 so I had to grind down the up pipe ( verry tedious) but none of that is riffraffs fault. In the end verry happy with this product.

good fit
only gripe is should have a 45 deg fitting for rear head, to get the line away from the up pipe to the turbo, super close.
remedy wrapped with header wrap to keep the heat off the fitting
perfect fit -
good product
Runs alot quieter and smoother.only way it could be better is if 90s were not made on hoses, but the fitting were 90 and hoses had straight fittings.
