Our 2nd Generation FRx™ System utilizes Eaton Aeroquip® 304 Stainless Steel Braided lines covered with a groundbreaking protective layer of HYTREL® from DuPont.

The FRx™ was made to solve the 'deadhead' fuel rail issue on the 99-03 Powerstroke engine by connecting the two heads and allowing a metered return you allow the air another return path, rather than forcing it through your injectors. This product was designed to eliminate the need to cut your return line and use compression fittings, so that it is a true bolt on system. We have also machined the FRx™ block to provide from stock to 72 psi of fuel pressure depending on which spring you choose to install it with. By using our kit and eliminating the air in the fuel system you can experience smoother, quieter idle, less cackle, and better throttle response among other things. You will also be increasing your injector life as well by utilizing the FRx™ and creating a regulated return back to the tank. Protective covers are also pre-installed to prevent chaffing of engine components from the SS braided line. These covers are also great if you want to keep the system looking OE and not draw attention to it once installed.

    One of the best things i have done for my 7.3, way smoother idle, put the suggested 60lb spring in, could'nt be happier about this product! Easy install and looks factory! Thanks Riff Raff, you guys are the best!

    My engine starts quicker than ever before. I installed this fuel system and made a trip pulling a trailer at 75 to 80 mph from Altus Ok to Waynoka Ok and got 14 mpg. A definite improvement over the stock system. The engine also seems more quiet at highway speeds. I will perform more mpg test in the near future and respond soon.

    I can not say that this product did anything by itself. I did numerous upgrades at one time. I replaced my up-pipes, Riffraff CVD, FRX and Fullforce stage 1 injectors. I was completely impressed!!!!!! I love my old E99 all over again.

    A VERY WELL MADE PRODUCT, INSTALL IS A LITTLE TRICKY, BUT 100% WORTH THE EFFORT.VERY GOOD INSTRUCTIONS,AND I CAN TELL MY INJECTORS ARE HAPPY NOW..

    Was having fuel pressure spike issues.... after installing this FRx its steady 65 psi.... Everything fit the way its supposed to with out modifications!!!!

    Really quietens the 7.3

    I replaced my 1st generation FRx with the 2nd generation. I had a leak on my fuel bowl and thought it would be a good time to install the Gen 2. I did the change with the fuel bowl off of the engine.

    Putting the fuel bowl back was a little more difficult with the Gen 2 FRx. The hoses route better and are a better quality. However, the way they route on the Gen 2 makes access to the fuel input connection tricky.

    It connected right up to the head connectors from the Gen 1, so that was easy.

    Great service as always.

    This is the hands down best thing you can do for your truck, stock or modded, everyone needs this! easy install, more horse power. important note is to loosin the bolt for hpop, you cant install it with out doing that

    Between this and the HPX my truck runs a lot better and is much quieter. Fuel mileage seems to have gone up also. I highly recommend this product. Don't forget the square socket to remove the plugs.
