Our 2nd Generation FRx™ System utilizes Eaton Aeroquip® 304 Stainless Steel Braided lines covered with a groundbreaking protective layer of HYTREL® from DuPont.
The FRx™ was made to solve the 'deadhead' fuel rail issue on the 99-03 Powerstroke engine by connecting the two heads and allowing a metered return you allow the air another return path, rather than forcing it through your injectors. This product was designed to eliminate the need to cut your return line and use compression fittings, so that it is a true bolt on system. We have also machined the FRx™ block to provide from stock to 72 psi of fuel pressure depending on which spring you choose to install it with. By using our kit and eliminating the air in the fuel system you can experience smoother, quieter idle, less cackle, and better throttle response among other things. You will also be increasing your injector life as well by utilizing the FRx™ and creating a regulated return back to the tank. Protective covers are also pre-installed to prevent chaffing of engine components from the SS braided line. These covers are also great if you want to keep the system looking OE and not draw attention to it once installed.

This is the hands down best thing you can do for your truck, stock or modded, everyone needs this! easy install, more horse power. important note is to loosin the bolt for hpop, you cant install it with out doing that

Great product!
Between this and the HPX my truck runs a lot better and is much quieter. Fuel mileage seems to have gone up also. I highly recommend this product. Don't forget the square socket to remove the plugs.

Great product
Good instructions, easy install after you get test plugs out. Ran smoother, noticible jump in fuel economy (used gold spring as recomended). The overhead info center showed a 2+ mpg increase on a few of my regular routes.

FRx CVD Banjo Project
I updated all at once. CVD's and FRx were a bit of a challenge due to the placement on the engine and under the cowl. Special socket didn't work because of my 3/8 rachet head. You need a 3/8 breaker and it may work. I ended up using Vise Grips. In an earlier post someone mentioned to use a #7 end wrench.
Overall with the HPx I installed earlier. I have a much quieter, smoother, and better performing engine. I'm getting better mileage too.

Best thing I've done for my truck.
Install is straight forward and very easy. I only had to loosen the fuel bowl for installation. It is hard to tell what this product by itself did for the engine noise and performance because I installed the HPx at the same time. The FRx and HPx together made a very noticeable reduction in engine noise and vibration. Idle is nice and smooth and low speed acceleration is more responsive. In my opinion, the piece of mind that this provides is well worth the price.

Man what a difference!!
Installed the fuel rail cross over kit from RiffRaff and big difference how the engine runs. Nice and smooth almost 6.0 quite.
