Alliant Fuel Pressure Regulator "Blue Spring" Kit (AP0086) 03-07 6.0L

Taking only 30 minutes to install the new updated Ford "Blue Spring" will increase your fuel pressure back up to where it should be from the factory. Most 6.0's see an increase of 8-10 psi of fuel pressure. The added fuel pressure will help keep the injectors from out flowing the stock fuel pump, meaning no air in the injectors, and an injector that will live much longer. Most trucks will actually quite down a little at idle, rev up a lot quicker and with the added fuel pressure, a little quicker spool up on the turbo. The kit does include all the O-Rings and hard parts to install the blue spring kit.

    My truck needed this after I lost an injector due to low fuel pressure.. install is easy if you don’t snap your regulator bolts off like I did, soak them in PB for a couple days before installing. Riffraff always comes in clutch with quick delivery and solid products.. much love!

    Bent blue spring. Orings had similar shape but not an exact match to oem, so don't really fill the "void" as the original orings did. Will it work? Time will tell. If I wasn't in a pinch to have it installed right away (since I had it cracked open before I realized the gaskets were poor quality and the spring was bent), I would have returned it and gotten a Ford oem kit. I'll probably go get an oem kit locally to replace it and not have to worry about it leaking down the road.

    Received my blue spring kit in a quick and timely manner. It is nice having a company in the same state. The product was as described. I installed the kit and it did what it was intended to do.

    Fixed my fuel leak with supplied gaskets. Have not noticed any performance increase, but that is not what I bought it for.

    This is all the kit you need to get your fuel pressure up. No other parts are necessary unless you have other problems with the fuel filter bowl. Ron Huxell (RIP) Diesel Tech Ron on YouTube has a great video of some tricks to do the job. Took me 10 minutes start to finish. Instantly noticed 5+ more psi on my gauge.
