Alliant Fuel Pressure Regulator "Blue Spring" Kit (AP0086) 03-07 6.0L

Taking only 30 minutes to install the new updated Ford "Blue Spring" will increase your fuel pressure back up to where it should be from the factory. Most 6.0's see an increase of 8-10 psi of fuel pressure. The added fuel pressure will help keep the injectors from out flowing the stock fuel pump, meaning no air in the injectors, and an injector that will live much longer. Most trucks will actually quite down a little at idle, rev up a lot quicker and with the added fuel pressure, a little quicker spool up on the turbo. The kit does include all the O-Rings and hard parts to install the blue spring kit.

    Genuine parts. Everyting you need

    Every O-ring you need to change the seals in your secondary fuel filter housing. Only instructions are a vague picture, but if you pay attention it's easy to see where everything goes. There is one extra round O-ring, which according to the picture is for your regulator spring cover if it doesn't use the keyhole shaped one. New copper washers for the banjo bolt have O-rings bonded to the inner edge (the old ones I took off did not).

    I ordered blue spring as advertised. Followed YouTube video instructions. No problem. Truck performs better and sounds quiter.

    Would recommend to any 6.0 owner. My 2007 F250 has 150,000 mile on it.

    Replaced the spring thinking it would not be that big of difference. I was wrong it run smoothly on cold morning starts and truck takes of better what difference a little spring makes.

    Easy to install replaced o-rings and gaskets while I was installing new cold side pipe kit made it a breeze.
