Exhaust Back Pressure Tube EBP 99-03
This stainless steel tube runs between the passenger's exhaust manifod and the EBP Sensor mounted on the front of the HPOP reservouir. WIth age the tube will plug with soot and can rust or break apart. The EBP sensor system feeds data to the PCM which effects many of the fueling tables within the PCM and should be kept in good working order to acheive your best fuel economy.

Great OEM part
Tube was clogged causing lower MPG and low exhaust back pressure readings. New tube was an easy fix.

Exhaust Back Pressure Tube
02 Excursion 7.3. I also purchased the EBPS sensor and manifold adapter. All quality products and easy to install, once I stopped following the directions on a youTube install video. Takes about 30 minutes to swap everything over.

EBP Tube
Don’t waste your time trying to remove and clean the old one. You will ruin it just trying to get it off. Also purchase the new exhaust manifold fitting as well. And remember that fitting is not an AN hydraulic fitting.

OEM and great fit
Quality product as per usual from Clay at a good price. Outside of Ford he’s the only one I trust for genuine OEM products.

Perfect fit
Fits perfect and makes a world of difference when the factory tube has plugged over years of use. Our work truck has seen extensive idle-1,100rpm use with a PTO drive and even at 170k miles it was due for a cleaning or a change. It’s great piece of mind just installing the new tube not having to worry about the threads striping or waiting for extended down time. RiffRaff ships fast so your up and going in no time. If you haven’t thought about your EBP tube you should definitely not neglect servicing it.

EXHAUST BACK PRESSURE TUBE EBP 99-03
Riffraff had what I needed, shipped part about 5 mins after sending order. arrived early, well pack, and the right part first time.

OEM
Came on OEM Ford packaging. Fit like a glove on my 01 F250 7.3 If you are ordering it I advise you to go out and spray both ends with WD-40 that way when it’s time to crack those nuts loose it isn’t a battle. I believe it was a 5/8” wrench had to use a stubby up top or move the fan/shroud out of your way.
