Looks and performs better than the stock plastic pipe. Mine was cracked at the intercooler. It must have been that way for some time, because when I changed it out with the metal pipe, wow, what a difference! The hesitation/lag I felt before was completely gone and the truck felt much more responsive. Recommended for all 2005-2007 Powerstroke owners.

Went in easier than removing the old plastic pipe.
I did add a section of flashing on the top side of the lower hose connection using the clamps (so it doesn't rest/rub on the boots) to try and protect it from the underside of the gigantic air box, which is what put the holes in the old plastic pipe to begin with.

The pipe fit great. I could not have asked for a better product or service!

Great product. Fit as described and the boots look great. No issues with slipping. Just torqued clamps to specifications

Easy to install. Well made and includes every part you need to complete the job. Should of done this sooner the OEM plastic pipe is a joke compared to this.

Install was very easy and no more leaking from there plastic IC pipe. Looks much better than the cheap plastic one as well. Overall an easy upgrade.

Replaced the stock plastic pipe. Looks better. Seals better. Well worth it.
