Factory plastic pipe was in bad shape and this metal replacement kept me from being stranded with a blown pipe. Must have if you still have a plastic factory pipe.

Good product. Riffraff boots much higher quality than OEM.
One suggestion would be to mark the pipe-to-intake boot with the side that goes on the intake elbow. The boot has one rib in it and can be installed in either the pipe or on the elbow. I installed it on the pipe first and I couldn't get the other boot to line up with the intercooler. Swapping the upper boot rib to mate with the intake elbow allowed everything to line up perfectly.

My plastic cold side tube had several cracks in it. Its amazing how much more performant my 6.0L is now that I am not losing boost. The RiffRaff boots are much more substantial than the stock boots that come with the tube.

Have an 05 F350 been fighting this cold side for two years plastic one split tried a sinister cac pipe hot and cold didn’t fit worth a shoot. Put factory hot side on with sinister boots perfect. Changed to a AFE blade runner intake elbow and cold side still didn’t fit right. The aftermarkets pipes have a weld in them that throws the angle off. This fit perfect no problems even to the AFE blade runner intake elbow. Have video to back it am hitting 46PSI of boost when really laying into it and letting her eat.

After patching up the stock one to get back on the road during a trip I ordered this set when I got home and we are very happy with it. Great customer service and fast shipping.
