6.0L CAC Intercooler "Hot Side" Boot Kit 03-07

This complete kit consists of 2 pieces highly oil resistant 4-ply reinforced Aramid inner and a thin silicone outer for color and easy cleaning. Our CAC hoses are specially made for us to withstand extreme temperatures to approximately 550 degrees F (vs. standard couplers that are good to 350 degrees F) and have been tested up to 180 psi working pressure. We also offer clamp kits if you are still running your stock Ford clamps.

Available in Blue, Red and Black.

This Hot Side kit is for the passenger side 03-07 6.0L Powerstrokes with stock intercooler pipe, does not fit Banks Intercoolers or E-Series.

    Purchased these boots in February and they are holding up well. Construction and quality of material is better than OEM. Highly recommended.

    Got this boot kit to replace my cracked and and oil soaked OE one . Boot kit works better than OE much more HD construction a def must is clamps to complete that package

    Well constructed, heavy duty, thick wall pieces. Longer than stock which made for easier/better clamping area. Perfect fit! Would recommend this cheap insurance product to anyone/everyone.

    Very fast shipping even to Florida. Great quality and fit. My old boot coming off my turbo was so old the weight of the intercooler pipe was almost pinching the boot on half. These boots are a great buy and recommend highly.
