6.0L CAC Intercooler "Hot Side" Boot Kit 03-07

This complete kit consists of 2 pieces highly oil resistant 4-ply reinforced Aramid inner and a thin silicone outer for color and easy cleaning. Our CAC hoses are specially made for us to withstand extreme temperatures to approximately 550 degrees F (vs. standard couplers that are good to 350 degrees F) and have been tested up to 180 psi working pressure. We also offer clamp kits if you are still running your stock Ford clamps.

Available in Blue, Red and Black.

This Hot Side kit is for the passenger side 03-07 6.0L Powerstrokes with stock intercooler pipe, does not fit Banks Intercoolers or E-Series.

    Kept blowing my stick boots off my 6.0. Upgraded to RRD boots and have yet to have any problems. Highly recommend these boots to replace the stock ones. RRD makes a great product.

    I was blowing boots after adding Gearheads SRL+ tune. These took care of issue, excellent quality.

    The stock boots will stay put if you never ever need to break them loose. Once you break em loose they will never stay on. These Riffraff boot are high quality replacements to the stock crap. Rough up the contacts and spray a little hair spray on the insides of the boots and they hold on great. The color choices are great too

    I forgot to tighten down one of the T-bolt clamps before a guy test drove the truck. He floored it and the boot didnt pop off until around 20 pounds of boost! These things are almost bullet proof.

    The fit just like the factory boots but look 100% better. Great place to do business. I'll be getting all my parts f to Riff Raff diesle!
