6.0L CAC Intercooler "Hot Side" Boot Kit 03-07
This complete kit consists of 2 pieces highly oil resistant 4-ply reinforced Aramid inner and a thin silicone outer for color and easy cleaning. Our CAC hoses are specially made for us to withstand extreme temperatures to approximately 550 degrees F (vs. standard couplers that are good to 350 degrees F) and have been tested up to 180 psi working pressure. We also offer clamp kits if you are still running your stock Ford clamps.
Available in Blue, Red and Black.
This Hot Side kit is for the passenger side 03-07 6.0L Powerstrokes with stock intercooler pipe, does not fit Banks Intercoolers or E-Series.

Great part, Great price
Old boots were stock 100,000 miles. Installed with a new turbo, they look and work great. Make sure you get there hose clamps. 10 times better than the stock boots.

Purchased these boots February 2014 after my factory ones became really soft. I have about 20K on these since then. They still look and feel brand new. These are a better quality boot than the factory Ford ones. Much cheaper too.

80K miles and running strong!
I bought these shortly after my stockers gave up.
They've been on for 2.5 years and 80k+ miles now with lots hard high boost driving. I have had to take them off for a couple of repairs and upgrades to the truck, does not seem to effect them at all.
