6.0L CAC Intercooler "Hot Side" Boot Kit 03-07

This complete kit consists of 2 pieces highly oil resistant 4-ply reinforced Aramid inner and a thin silicone outer for color and easy cleaning. Our CAC hoses are specially made for us to withstand extreme temperatures to approximately 550 degrees F (vs. standard couplers that are good to 350 degrees F) and have been tested up to 180 psi working pressure. We also offer clamp kits if you are still running your stock Ford clamps.

Available in Blue, Red and Black.

This Hot Side kit is for the passenger side 03-07 6.0L Powerstrokes with stock intercooler pipe, does not fit Banks Intercoolers or E-Series.

    Felt and looked like some good quality material. Easy to install. So far so good. I haven't had any problems and hope to continue that way!! Rated a 4 just cause it would b nice to have some thread on the inside for install and maybe the line like the originals.

    Hot Side CAC boots, 6.0L

    Bought hot side kit with four clamps per website sizing. Boots appear to be good quality, fit well, have not shifted with occasional 25-30 psi boost values. I did have to loosen the clamp nuts on both sides of the intercooler boot, but it is not a big deal to reassemble. Considering it's an easy 1/2 the OEM cost, I'm definitely pleased and would order from RiffRaff again.

    So far so good. Haven't had an issue yet, still waiting to tow my camper, but just judging by the quality of the product I shouldn't have any problems at all. High quality material.
