Ready to upgrade your 7.3L? Our Billet Intake Manifold Plenums are the perfect solution. We've designed these plenums from the ground up to solve several common issues on the 7.3L Powerstroke. They're machined from a solid chunk of 6061 billet aluminum, which means no more worrying about flimsy, bending sheet metal. We also engineered a larger intake mouth for improved airflow, giving you better performance across the board.

Our design philosophy was to create a true bolt-on solution. We've included stainless steel mounting hardware for a seamless installation, and the plenums utilize a durable Viton O-ring seal, so you can finally ditch that messy RTV sealant for good. This seal has been rigorously tested to hold up to 150 psi, ensuring a leak-free system.

These plenums are designed to work with all 1994-2003 stock turbo pedestal mounts and most popular T4 turbos. We've even machined the plenum's outer diameter to better retain your intake "Y" on T4-style kits. They're compatible with both dual and single HPOPs and will fit under both stock and modified turbos.
