Bosch 7.3L Powerstroke 17° HPOP 99-03 - HP008X

This pump is the OEM pump direct from Bosch and includes the mounting gasket needed for install. 

This pump will work on your 1999-2003 7.3L

  • Pre-Ship Core - This allows you to ship your used cores in first without have to pay a core charge. Your order will ship once your cores are received in good condition.
  • Return After Install - This is the quickest option to get your HPOP. You pay the core fee up front and then it is refunded once the core are returned and recieved. 

 

Note: We must receive the core or a tracking number in 30 days or a $50 penalty will apply.

    My 7.3L has 500K miles on the original injectors and HPOP. It was hard starting, especially when cold. Installing the Bosch HPOP and stage 1 injectors has made a huge difference in starting and performance.

    Had a slow leak from rear plate and snap ring on my 8 year old hpop. Decided on new reman. Came together perfectly.
    No more rear plate leak.

    I had done everything else for a stage 1 tow build but decided to try my 15* hpop (early 99 powerstroke). I had single shots, Turbo, airbox, 5" straight exhaust, programming, tranny build, etc. And the truck ran Good except on the 100 hp tune, which actually gave me best economy and shift performance (Swamps tunes). But at higher rpms it would set the check engine light and falter. Not good when passing on 2 lanes.

    The 17* took that away and improved the performance of the motor/transmission thoughout the rpm range. Price was decent and it arrived in short order. That's about all a guy can ask for...

    This HPOP was a direct fit replacement for my busted original. It works perfect. It came a day earlier than I expected and was easy to install.
