Install was a breeze. No more surge. Not that loud. Highly recommend for turbo surge. Cheapest price you will find. Get all my stuff from here.

  2. Excellent compressor wheel 5 Star Review

I own a 99 f250 superduty crew 4x4 with a 7.3 with 423,000 miles. I bought this wheel to replace the old wheel that came with my truck wich was a wicked wheel. . The differencr is night and day. My truck woke right up, surge is gone spools up faster, more power when i need it and fuel mileage is better. I run a four inch diamond eye turbo back exhaust, a k&n air filter round RD 1460 with built intake box, banks big head turbo actuator. I do alot of towing and hauling. And this wheel was excellent.
I highly recommend this wheel if your after a simple upgrade thats cost effective. Very pleased with this compressor wheel.

  3. If you tow and have surge, great upgrade. If not, stick with stock. 4 Star Review

I don't tow, and was hoping for a Wicked Wheel experience for a cheaper price. This didn't work for me. My stock wheel would build pressure SO much quicker, and this one, not so much. But if you tow, it might be the ticket for you. I was looking for stand alone performance, and I learned my lesson. Not the product's fault, but mine.

Great wheel for the price! Definitely noticed a difference in 0-60! Spools faster! Although I did lose some whistle with it! I still recommend it over stock!!! Good product!

  5. Necessary mod! 5 Star Review

It was recommended to me to replace my compressor wheel while I was doing the orings and hpop lines. It is a definately improvement over the stock wheel and gives you the consis tent power you would expect. Easy install and a nice little whine!

  7. Love It! 5 Star Review

Works great, sounds good, and caused the surging to stop. My truck feels like it has so much more pulling power now that it's not lagging.

  8. Day one 5 Star Review

Just rebuilt turbo adding this wheel and deleted the ebpv crap. The wheel didn't spin on as easy as the old one does but I got it on and the truck back together. Only have about an hour on the truck since install. All seems ok so far. Only time wil tell. Seems to have taking the turbo shutter away.

  9. Quality 5 Star Review

First thing I noticed was the quality and craftsmanship. The turbo needed a rebuild in a bad way, and this installed easily, and effortlessly. If you already have the wheel off, and its stock, I would suggest going with a 360 kit, and save yourself the time on the back end from doing it later.

  10. music to my ears, best bang for the buck so far on my truck 5 Star Review

Posted by on Jan 12th 2017

A few suggestion I want to make, I installed new pedestal o-rings and turbo to pedestal o-rings and bought all new bolts for that but I did not buy the compressor housing bolts and damaged one removing the housing. Buy the bolts as they are only $8 bucks, I will have to get Clay send me a set.

I replaced all my boots except for the 2 passenger side IC pipe and the one I did not replace with a RiffRaff boot blew off on a test drive. I suggest all boots, clamps and inserts from RiffRaff

Now for the wheel, My old wheel had been dusted from a cracked intake duct and was in bad shape. This wheel seems to make boost faster and the truck has a much better 0-60. It was not a quick job but well worth it. Replace all your boots, get the inserts with good clamps and the " Mechanics parts cabinet o-ring kit. The old wheel came off easy with a few bumps of a impact gun and went on the same way.righty tighty leftie loosy. Just make sure the fins are not touching the housing when you re-install it, Also cover up the pedestal and take a wire brush and clean any burs/carbon around the up pipe to make it easier to seal. Now time to get the muffler delete so I can hear that sweet Wicked Wheel from both ends. THANK YOU Clay
