Merchandise Return Policy
To ensure your satisfaction, we permit our customers to return items purchased from Riffraff Diesel Performance®, subject to the limitations and procedures set forth below. Order payment processing is completed upon checkout and funds are captured from the customer provided means. If an order is cancelled or returned a refund of payment is acceptable up to, but not including, payment processing/gateway fees that are calculated at 5% of total transaction. Card processing/gateway fees are non-refundable and are accessed from a 3rd party for the privilege of facilitating secure web-based/phone payment. 

30 Day Return Period
You may return an item purchased from Riffraff Diesel Performance® up to 30 days from the original Invoice Date, provided that the item has not been installed and is in “brand-new”, un-opened condition. This does not apply to electronic products or special order/none stocking items as they will be allowed return on a case by case approval. Shipping charges are not refundable on returns for any reason. 

Product Application and Installation
Riffraff Diesel Performance® will not be held responsible for products that are ordered, installed, or received incorrectly. It is the end purchaser/users/installers responsibility to check the parts ordered, cross-reference packing slip to received items and for the fitment to the vehicle they are installing it on.  Loss or damage resulting from incorrect installation, or incorrect part being installed is the sole responsibility of the user. Riffraff Diesel Performance® disclaims all implied or expressed responsibility and makes no guarantee of fitness for a specified application. 

Extend Warranty Coverage
We offer a 3rd Party warranty service, Extend, though our website. This service is not supported or administrated by Riffraff Diesel Performance® in any way, and is only offered as a courtesy to our customers. Riffraff Diesel Performance® is not responsible for any warranty cost or decision that Extend makes as it is a private agreement between Extend Purchase Protection and the warranty purchaser. Riffraff Diesel Performance® HEREBY DISCLAIMS ALL IMPLIED AND EXPRESSED RESPONSIBILITY FOR WARRANTY PRODUCT PURCHASE AND CUSTOMER USES AT OWN RISK.

Return Merchandise Authorization
To return an item, you must first call (541) 879-1052, to speak with one of our Customer Service Representatives and provide them with the following information: original invoice number; part number; quantity; and reason for the return with as much detail as possible.  Click Here to access the RMA Form that is needed for any return, and include a copy in the box on return. Once received please allow 5-7 days for processing and credits to be complete.

Core Return Policy
All core return instruction forms are on the product page where it was purchased. Reference the Core Return Form in the product description for info. All core returns shipping charges are the customers responsibility unless otherwise stated on the product page or a return label provided. 

Pricing Terms and Conditions
All transactions are in USD Currency. Pricing is subject to change without notice and pricing/availability is confirmed once order is placed. By completing and submitting the electronic order form (or proceeding through the 'checkout process') you are making an offer to purchase goods which, if accepted by us, will result in a binding contract. Neither submitting an electronic order form or completing the checkout process constitutes our acceptance of your order.

Unauthorized Returns
Items returned to Riffraff Diesel Performance without a valid RMA sheet included it will not be processed. Riffraff Diesel Performance® will not be responsible for unauthorized returns. If an order is refused and shipped back without shipper authorization the customer will be charged for the return shipment cost. If an order is refused and shipped back without authorization there will be automatic restocking fee up to 20%.

Shipping Policy
Once an order is placed we are no longer able to make changes to content or shipping service level. Once items are shipped with the specified carrier Riffraff Diesel Performance© is not liable for late, lost, stolen, or damaged goods in transit or after delivery. UPS Transit time can vary based on service selected from 1-8 business days. USPS Transit times can vary from 2-10+ business days depending on which service is selected. USPS Shipping is not a guaranteed service, and is not able to be refunded based on a delivery/ transit delay. Unless the customer requests Signature Required at checkout in the comment box, which is provided on request free of charge, we are unable to make a claim with the carrier for missing parcels. Riffraff Diesel reserves the right to require a signature on orders over $500. Next Day Air, and Expedited Services cut off time for ordering is 2pm PST, and can change without notice due to unforeseen circumstances, contact us if you have questions. Free Shipping service used is UPS Ground unless other than specified. At this time Saturday Delivery is only available upon request, and only on Friday Next Day Air shipments, per UPS guidelines. Please be advised, carriers only count business days as transit time, not weekends or holidays. Standard shipping pick up and delivery days are Monday through Friday, but do not include observed holidays and company closures. We reserve the right to use the carrier of our choice if we determine it provides the customer with better service. UPS Service Guarantee only applies to Next Day Air Service. No other service level has a guaranteed delivery time.

Wrong Item Return/Core Return
Items or cores not returned to Riffraff Diesel Performance® within the specified time period will be found to be outside of our terms agreement. If we can not contact you and/or have not received confirmation of item/core return you will be charged for the retail value or core value of these items.

Restocking Fee
All returns will be subject to a restocking fee up to 20%.

Warranty
RIFFRAFF DIESEL PERFORMANCE INC.® HEREBY DISCLAIMS ALL IMPLIED AND EXPRESS WARRANTIES OF ALL PRODUCTS, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NONINFRINGEMENT. ANY PRODUCT THAT IS TO BE CONSIDERED FOR A MANUFACTURER WARRANTY OUTSIDE OF RIFFRAFF DIESEL PERFORMANCE INC.® MUST BE RECEIVED BEFORE ANY REPLACEMENT MERCHANDISE IS SHIPPED OUT. Shipping, both original and replacement cost, is not covered by Riffraff Diesel and is the responsibility of the receiving customer. Warranty on services provided for items such as T500, TS Chips, Custom tunes etc. There are no refunds, only manufacturer warranty on the service provided. Items returned for warranty consideration MUST include the RMA Form in the box. If items are received without paperwork, or unable to be identified they will be disposed of.

Chargeback Details
By proceeding through checkout you are agreeing to all Terms and Conditions set forth on this page, your IP address is logged, and a copy of this agreement will be provided to your card company if you initiate a chargeback. Unless there are extenuating circumstances, all chargebacks will be turned over to our attorney and a collection agency for restitution. 

Please Be Aware - EPA Warning
Warning: RACE ONLY products manufactured and sold for installation on vehicles to be used solely for competition purposes, which, once installed, may never be used, or registered or licensed for use upon a public road or highway. If you install this part on your vehicle and use that vehicle on a public road or highway, you will be considered in violation of the Clean Air Act and personally subject to a civil penalty of $4,454.

Agreement Acceptance
By using this website or making a phone order with www.riffraffdiesel.com, and accepting the aforementioned terms and conditions of use at checkout the buyer is bound to abide by it. These terms are non-negotiable and are a legally binding agreement between parties. If the customer does not agree they should not complete the checkout process and call us with any questions/concerns.
